考虑消费者绿色偏好的供应链信息分享策略研究

【摘要】:研究了零售商预测信息的分享对考虑消费者绿色偏好的供应链的影响.建立并求解了集中模式下信息预测模型以及分散模式下信息分享和不分享两种决策模型.研究表明,与不考虑产品绿色度的供应链相比,绿色供应链的信息预测价值更加明显,产品零售价相应提升;无论集中模式或分散决策模式,供应链各方的信息分享价值均与消费者绿色偏好程度正相关;零售商分享其预测信息对自身收益不利,但能使制造商和供应链预期利润增加.最后通过建立信息分享补偿机制使得零售商有动机分享其需求预测信息.
[Abstract]:The influence of retailers' prediction information sharing on the supply chain considering consumers' green preference is studied. The information prediction model in centralized mode and the two decision models of information sharing and non-sharing in decentralized mode are established and solved. The research shows that compared with the supply chain without considering the green degree of the product, the information prediction value of the green supply chain is more obvious, and the retail price of the product is increased accordingly. No matter the centralized model or the decentralized decision model, the information sharing value of all parties in the supply chain is positively related to the degree of consumers' green preference. Retailers sharing their forecast information is disadvantageous to their own income, but it can increase the expected profit of manufacturers and supply chain. Finally, through the establishment of information sharing compensation mechanism, retailers have the motivation to share their demand forecast information.
