绿色供应链价格协调策略研究

【摘要】:本文研究的主要目的是消费者行为(既满意度)对绿色供应链协调的影响,为此设计了基于消费者行为的绿色供应链协调策略模型。迄今为止,我国学术界及企业界对绿色供应链管理的研究和实践尚处于起步阶段,有关基于消费者行为的绿色供应链的动力机制及绿色供应链成员关系的协调等方面的研究还不多见。本文遵循理论与实际相结合的原则以及定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,利用Stackelberg博弈理论,结合消费者满意度的环境因素,对绿色供应链及其成员的利润进行分析,进而得到了基于消费者满意度的绿色供应链价格协调策略。 首先,文章介绍了绿色供应链管理的含义及内容,分析了一般供应链协调和绿色供应链协调之间的联系与区别。利用博弈论分析了消费者行为对绿色供应链协调策略的重要影响。研究了基于产品绿色度的绿色供应链价格协调策略,通过构建合作博弈利润模型和非合作博弈利润模型,运用Rubinstein讨价还价模型制定了绿色供应链的价格协调策略,对绿色供应链利润进行重新分配。 其次,本文基于消费者满意度对绿色供应链协调策略的影响,在制造商对绿色原材料供应商的研发投资进行补贴的基础上,对有消费者影响的绿色供应链的协调策略进行了探讨。基于系统最优化原则,通过构建利润模型及算例,验证了消费者满意度对绿色供应链协调有重要影响,使成员企业收益得到帕累托改进,并在此基础上给出了绿色供应链的定价策略。 最后,,结合ABC轮胎公司绿色供应链系统的协调性问题,提出了解决ABC轮胎公司绿色供应链系统协调的对策,为我国企业推行绿色供应链协调机制提供了合理的建议。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is the influence of consumer behavior (both satisfaction) on green supply chain coordination. Therefore, a green supply chain coordination strategy model based on consumer behavior is designed. Up to now, the research and practice of green supply chain management in academic and business circles in China is still in its infancy, and there are few studies on the dynamic mechanism of green supply chain based on consumer behavior and the coordination of green supply chain membership. Based on the principle of combining theory with practice and the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes the profits of green supply chain and its members by using Stackelberg game theory and the environmental factors of consumer satisfaction, and then obtains the price coordination strategy of green supply chain based on consumer satisfaction. First of all, this paper introduces the meaning and content of green supply chain management, and analyzes the relationship and difference between general supply chain coordination and green supply chain coordination. The important influence of consumer behavior on green supply chain coordination strategy is analyzed by using game theory. The price coordination strategy of green supply chain based on product green color is studied. by constructing cooperative game profit model and non-cooperative game profit model, the price coordination strategy of green supply chain is established by using Rubinstein bargaining model, and the profit of green supply chain is reallocated. Secondly, based on the influence of consumer satisfaction on the coordination strategy of green supply chain, this paper discusses the coordination strategy of green supply chain with consumer influence on the basis of manufacturers' subsidy to the R & D investment of green raw material suppliers. Based on the principle of system optimization, the profit model and examples are constructed to verify that consumer satisfaction has an important influence on the coordination of green supply chain, and the income of member enterprises is improved by Pareto. On this basis, the pricing strategy of green supply chain is given. Finally, combined with the coordination of green supply chain system of ABC tire company, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the coordination of green supply chain system of ABC tire company, and provides reasonable suggestions for Chinese enterprises to carry out the coordination mechanism of green supply chain.
