绿色供应链推动我国节能减碳的思路与政策建议

【摘要】：正作为一项基本国策,中国始终重视节能减碳工作。特别是"十一五"以来,政府通过综合采取一系列措施,节能减碳工作取得了前所未有的成绩。但在取得成绩的同时,也应注意到,我国节能减碳工作更多依靠法律的、行政的、经济的等政府手段,可持续的、基于市场的推动机制尚待形成。面对新形势、新挑战,绿色供应链有望成为促进全社会节能减碳的市场化新机制。一、绿色供应链推进我国节能减碳的思路一直以来,绿色供应链多为关注生态保护和环保合
[Abstract]:As a basic national policy, China has always attached great importance to energy conservation and carbon reduction. In particular, since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the Government has achieved unprecedented achievements in energy-saving and carbon reduction through a series of measures. But at the same time, it should be noted that China's energy-saving and carbon reduction work depends more on legal, administrative, economic and other governmental means, sustainable, market-based promotion mechanism remains to be formed. Facing the new situation and challenges, the green supply chain is expected to become a new market-oriented mechanism to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in the whole society. I.
