基于供应链视角的高校食堂采购管理研究——以南京高校为例

【摘要】：优化采购管理是增加高校食堂市场竞争力的重要保障。从供应链的角度,以南京高校食堂为例,简要阐述高校食堂供应链结构与采购管理,分析南京高校食堂采购现状,进而针对食堂采购管理中存在的问题提出优化方案。
[Abstract]:Optimizing purchasing management is an important guarantee to increase the competitiveness of college canteen market. From the point of view of supply chain, taking Nanjing university canteen as an example, this paper briefly expounds the supply chain structure and procurement management of university canteen, analyzes the present situation of Nanjing university canteen procurement, and then puts forward the optimization scheme in view of the problems existing in the canteen procurement management.
