柬埔寨稻米供应链有效性及制约因素研究

柬埔寨的稻米供应可能面临诸如生产成本高,行销选择不当,各方面的收入分配不公以及与生产和销售有关的制约等问题的挑战,因此,对柬埔寨稻谷供给效率及其主要制约因素分析进行分析是很有必要的。在进行理论分析基础上,首先分析影响柬埔寨农户生产稻谷成本主要因素,然后对农户销售渠道选择进行研究,以及整个供给链上收入分配情况,在此基础上,分析影响供给链发展的制约因素。这些目标将响应当前社会经济的发展,特别是通过制定政策来提高收入,减轻贫困,粮食安全和可持续发展等政策,从而改善人民和稻谷产品供应者。基于2019年1月至3月在柬埔寨的Prey Veng省进行的调研,共调研了216位家庭农民,以及12位收购商、12位贸易商、12位碾米商,6位批发商,6位零售商以及6位消费者。首先运用Cobb-Douglas随机前沿模型来估计生产效率,在此基础上使用多元Logit模型来估计影响营销渠道选择的因素。结果表明,对于稻谷生产,一个家庭农民需要在雨季和旱季平均花费约1966949.02瑞尔/公顷和2343467瑞尔/公顷,对应产出分别为3296.38千克/公顷和4892.36千克/公顷,无论雨季和旱季,化肥费用在成本中...
