基于区块链技术的中俄木材贸易发展问题的研究

随着林业可持续发展得到国际社会和各国政府的高度重视,木材贸易可持续发展也受到广泛关注,并成为行业共识,既是可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,也是可持续发展由理论走向实践的具体体现。中俄两国木材贸易带动世界木材贸易的飞速增长。但是目前国际社会在木材可持续贸易问题上针对中国的不利舆论较多,给中国林业发展和对外交往带来负面影响。中国进口俄木材受原木出口关税调高等方面问题的制约,加之来自俄罗斯的非法采伐木材引发的许多问题,因此,对俄木材贸易可持续发展水平较低。在2016年中华人民共和国、蒙古国和俄罗斯联邦代表签定了“中蒙俄经济走廊”以推动三邻国共同发展。除了开展旅游、智库、媒体、环保、减灾救灾等领域务实合作,本协议还包括加快工业创新发展(工业4.0)。俄罗斯和中国之间大量的非法木材贸易不能用现行的认证制度和俄罗斯政府的战略来阻止。区块链技术本身是工业4.0不可分离的组成一个部分,能够提供一个新的技术机会,同时解决非法采伐、管制木材贸易和满足环境敏感市场的需求。基于智能合约的分散可以通过每个日志加密来确保木材供应链的透明度。然而,由于加密货币(贸易所依赖的)超出了两国的立法范围,而且能源需求巨大,这...
