【摘要】：从国家发展的目标上来说,2012年11月8日,胡锦涛同志在中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会报告中提出,要大力推进生态文明建设,实现中华民族永续发展,提出了生态文明建设与经济、政治、文化和社会共同发展的“五位一体”新概念；2013年11月12日,在中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第三次全体会议上,习近平同志再次强调生态文明建设的重要性。从生态环境的实情上来说,人类在过去三四百年的工业文明中,对自然环境的改造已经超越自然的承载力,生态危机已经成为威胁人类能否长久生存发展的严重问题。从生态文明建设的方式上来说,提高公民生态科普素质,发展生态科普事业,改变人类落后的生态意识势在必行。文章主要研究当代中国生态科普的发展,共分为六章。第一章,绪论部分。介绍本文研究背景和意义、研究内容和方法及生态科普国内外研究动态。第二章,生态科普的基本理论。阐述生态科普的相关概念,梳理生态科普的理论基础和学科基础。第三章,我国生态科普的发展历程。梳理我国科普的发展历程和生态科普及农业生态科普的兴起。第四章,我国生态科普及农业生态科普发展的困境和国外农业生态科普的案例启示。第五章,当前我国生态科普及农业生态科普发展的对策。第六章,结语。结合实际情况和研究需求,主要采取以下方法：一是文献分析法,二是历史分析法,三是比较分析法。中国的生态科普事业面临着以下问题：生态科普经费的筹集渠道有限,志愿者主体薄弱,政策的实际操作性较低和生态科普方式缺乏创新。农业生态科普除了面临以上问题,缺乏创新模式。文章对国外四种生态科普模式进行探析,欧亚观光农业是生态科普与实体经济的结合模式,美国现代农业试验站是集学习、研究和推广三位一体的生态科普模式,以色列试验示范基地生态科普模式和新加坡农业科技园生态科普模式。我国农业生态科普的发展可以从这四种模式上吸取经验。基于生态科普的现状和借鉴国外优秀生态科普模式,文章对生态科普和农业生态科普分别提出了对策。发展生态科普的对策：拓宽生态科普经费的筹集渠道,加强生态科普的志愿者主体管理,将优秀的生态科普作品纳入专业职称评价体系,生态科普展览和活动应当关注社会热点,加强生态科普网络的建设,加强生态科普的国际交流合作,加强国家生态文明教育基地的建设。发展农业生态科普的对策：促进生态型实体经济的发展,推进学研推三位一体的农业生态科普模式,升级农业生态科普的传播方式。
[Abstract]:From the goal of national development, in November 8th 2012, Comrade Hu Jintao in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that we should vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization. In order to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, a new concept of "five in one" is put forward, which is the construction of ecological civilization and the development of economy, politics, culture and society. In November 12th 2013, at the third plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Xi Jinping again stressed the importance of building ecological civilization. In the past three or four hundred years of industrial civilization, the transformation of the natural environment has exceeded the bearing capacity of nature. Ecological crisis has become a serious problem that threatens the long-term survival and development of mankind. From the way of ecological civilization construction, improve the quality of ecological science popularization of citizens and develop the cause of ecological science popularization. It is imperative to change the ecological consciousness of human being backwardness. This article mainly studies the development of ecological science popularization in contemporary China, which is divided into six chapters. The first chapter, introduction, introduces the background and significance of this paper. Research contents and methods and research trends at home and abroad. Chapter two, the basic theory of ecological science popularization. Explain the related concepts of ecological science popularization, combing the theoretical basis and subject basis of ecological science popularization. Chapter three. The development course of ecological science popularization in our country. Combing the development course of our country science popularization and the rise of ecological science popularization and agricultural ecological science popularization. 4th chapter. The Dilemma of Eco-science Popularization and Agricultural Eco-science Popularization in China and the case Enlightenment of Eco-science Popularization in Foreign countries. Chapter 5th, the current Countermeasures of Eco-science Popularization and Agricultural Eco-Science Popularization in China. 6th chapters. Conclusion. Combined with the actual situation and research needs, we mainly take the following methods: first, the literature analysis method, the second is the historical analysis method. Third, comparative analysis. China's ecological science popularization is faced with the following problems: the funding of ecological science is limited, the main body of volunteers is weak. The practical operation of the policy is low and the mode of ecological science popularization is lack of innovation. Besides facing the above problems, the agricultural ecological science popularization lacks the innovation mode. Eurasian sightseeing agriculture is a combination model of ecological science popularization and real economy, and the modern agricultural experimental station in America is a trinity model of ecological science popularization. The model of ecological science popularization in Israel and Singapore Agricultural Science Park can draw lessons from these four models. Based on the current situation of ecological science popularization and drawing lessons from foreign countries, the development of agricultural ecological science popularization in China can be learned from these four models. Excellent ecological science popularization model. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of ecological science popularization and agricultural ecological science popularization respectively. The countermeasures of developing ecological science popularization include widening the channels of raising funds for ecological science popularization and strengthening the volunteer main body management of ecological science popularization. The outstanding ecological science popularization works should be brought into the professional title evaluation system. The ecological science popularization exhibitions and activities should pay attention to the social hot spots, strengthen the construction of the ecological science popularization network, and strengthen the international exchange and cooperation of the ecological science popularization. Strengthen the construction of national ecological civilization education base, develop the countermeasures of agricultural ecological science popularization: promote the development of ecotypic entity economy, promote the trinity of learning and research, and promote the agricultural ecological science popularization model.
