【摘要】：正习总书记在参观《复兴之路》展览时强调:"空谈误国,实干兴邦。"在实际工作中,要做好领导工作,最关键的还是要在"实"字上下功夫。一、要老实早在延安时期,毛泽东同志就要求全党同志"当老实人,讲老实话,做老实事"。这说明,老实是共产党员干事创业的基本要求。这里讲的老实,不是指庸庸碌碌、无能无为,而是指老老实实、踏踏实实、扎扎实实。
