台州商务旅游市场特征及影响因素研究

【摘要】:商务旅游已成为全球经济发展的脉搏,是近年来旅游行业发展的重中之重。在经历了2008年的“大落”和2009年的“大调”后,商旅客人在旅游市场的作用越来越重要。在中国,一些旅游业发达地区如北京、上海、广州、深圳、苏州等城市的商务旅游已呈现良好的发展势头,带动了地方经济与产业的发展,有着良好的标杆效应,因此大力发展商务旅游已成为许多城市促进旅游业和经济社会发展的重要选择之一。 台州位于浙江省中部沿海,市区由椒江、黄岩、路桥3个区组成,辖临海、温岭2个县级市和玉环、天台、仙居、三门4个县。2008年台州被评为中国优秀旅游城市。台州是中国民营经济的发祥地,曾获中国最佳商业城市,路桥区是台州和浙东南商贸中心。台州独特的经济模式与经济发展水平,使台州具备了良好的商务旅游资源,商务旅游在台州整个旅游业的比重必将会逐渐增加。但是由于商务旅游发展经验的欠缺,政策体制以及商务旅游环境自身的一些问题,目前台州的商务旅游仍处于起步与摸索阶段,一定程度影响了商务旅游发展的进程。 本文以台州为例,在大量文献研究、实地考察、问卷调查的基础上,笔者运用顾客满意度理论、旅游营销策略、长尾理论等探讨了台州商务旅游客源市场的基本特征,分析了台州商务旅游市场的存在问题及影响因素,提出商务旅游发展思路与建议。通过本文研究,笔者希望能引起旅游行业部门的关注,积极研究分析台州商务旅游市场,设计出符合市场需求的商务旅游产品,打响商务旅游品牌,挖掘台州新的旅游增长点、提高旅游产品档次,拓展和壮大旅游业的发展空间,进一步提高台州旅游产业的整体形象。 本研究共分五个章节:第一章为绪论部分,系统介绍研究目的、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法及相关概念和理论基础研究的同时,对国内外相关学术界研究情况进行了梳理。第二章主要研究台州商务旅游发展概况。第三章对台州商务旅游客源市场进行了分析。第四章主要探讨台州商务旅游存在问题及影响因素。第五章提出了台州商务旅游发展的对策与展望。
[Abstract]:Business tourism has become the pulse of global economic development and the top priority of the tourism industry in recent years. After the "big fall" in 2008 and the "major major" in 2009, the role of business visitors in the tourism market has become increasingly important. In some developed tourist regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou and other cities, business tourism has shown a good momentum of development, which has led the development of local economy and industry, and has a good benchmarking effect. Therefore, the development of business tourism has become an important choice for many cities to promote tourism and economic and social development. Taizhou is located on the central coast of Zhejiang Province. The urban area is composed of Jiaojiang, Huang Yan and Luqiao districts. It has jurisdiction over two county-level cities, Linhai and Wenling, and Yuhuan, rooftop and Xianju. In 2008, Taizhou was named China's excellent tourist city. Taizhou is the birthplace of China's private economy and has won the best commercial city in China. Luqiao District is the trade center of Taizhou and southeastern Zhejiang. Taizhou's unique economic model and level of economic development have enabled Taizhou to have good business tourism resources. The proportion of business tourism in the whole tourism industry in Taizhou is bound to increase gradually. However, due to the lack of experience in the development of business tourism, some problems in the policy system and the business tourism environment itself, At present, Taizhou's business tourism is still in its infancy and groping stage, which affects the development of business tourism to some extent. Taking Taizhou as an example, on the basis of a large number of literature studies, field investigations and questionnaires, the author discusses the basic characteristics of Taizhou business tourism source market by means of customer satisfaction theory, tourism marketing strategy, long tail theory, etc. This paper analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of Taizhou business tourism market, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the development of business tourism. Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to arouse the attention of the tourism industry departments, and to study and analyze the Taizhou business tourism market actively. To design business tourism products that meet the needs of the market, to create business tourism brands, to tap new tourism growth points in Taizhou, to raise the level of tourism products, and to expand and expand the development space of the tourism industry. Further improve the overall image of Taizhou tourism industry. This research is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, which systematically introduces the research purpose, research significance, research content, research methods and related concepts and theoretical basis research. The second chapter mainly studies the development of Taizhou business tourism. Chapter 3 analyzes Taizhou business tourism market. Chapter 4th mainly discusses Taizhou business tourism. Chapter 5th puts forward the countermeasures and prospects of Taizhou business tourism development.
