城市高层综合体建筑交通流线组织及其空间模式研究初探

【摘要】:高层综合体建筑是高密度城市对高效率、集约化追求的产物,它处于建筑与城市之间的过渡状态,有机结合了多种不同的功能空间(商业、办公、居住、旅店、展览、餐饮、会议、文娱),几乎与人类的全部生活相关联。它不是单体建筑的简单放大,而是在有限的城市用地上,对人类社会生活与空间环境的高度聚集;利用不同功能空间的协同发展,提高工作效率,改善环境品质,减轻城市的交通压力。同时,作为城市的缩微体,也能够节省公共设施的投资,提高土地的利用率,并向城市提供公共活动空间,在城市发展中具有重要的意义。 但是高密度的发展和多功能的复合,必然为高层综合体建筑带来大量复杂交叉的交通流线,它的设计对保证建筑各功能的便捷使用,维护生产生活的正常秩序起到至关重要的作用。因此交通流线组织设计也就成为综合体建筑设计中需要解决的关键问题之一。 本文在大量实地调研和案例分析的基础上,提炼和归纳城市高层综合体建筑的交通流线组织模式,并结合图示阐述不同模式的特点,影响因素和适用范围,从而希望为新时期城市高层综合体交通流线组织设计提供理论依据和实践经验。 全文主要包括以下几个方面的内容: 1阐述了城市高层综合体建筑的概念和发展概况; 2.分析了城市高层综合体建筑交通流线组织的分类,特征和设计重要性; 3.根据分类,归纳和总结了城市高层综合体建筑的各种交通流线组织的空间模式; 4.结合实例,说明了交通流线组织的空间模式在设计实践中的应用。
[Abstract]:The high-rise complex building is high density city of high efficiency, product intensive pursuit, it is in a state of transition between the building and the city, combined with a variety of different function space (commercial, office, residential, hotel, exhibition, catering, conference, entertainment), associated with almost all human life. It is not a single body building simple amplification, but in limited city land, a high degree of aggregation of the life and the space environment of human society; the coordinated development of different function space, improve work efficiency, improve the quality of the environment, alleviate the traffic pressure of the city. At the same time, as the city's shrinking bodies, also can save public facilities investment. Increase the land utilization rate, and provide public space to the city, has an important significance in the development of the city.
But the development of high density and multi functions, will bring a lot of complex cross traffic flow for high-rise complex building, it is designed to ensure the convenient use of each building, maintaining the normal order of production and life plays a very important role. So the traffic organization design has become one of the key problems to solve complex design in.
Based on a large number of on-the-spot investigation and case analysis, traffic flow model abstraction and induction of the city complex high-rise building, combined with the characteristics of the different graphic mode, influencing factors and the scope of application, in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for the new era of city high-rise complex traffic organization design.
The full text mainly includes the following aspects:
1 the concept and development of urban high-rise complex architecture are expounded.
2. the classification, characteristics and design importance of urban highrise complex building traffic flow line organization are analyzed.
3. according to the classification, the spatial patterns of various traffic flow lines in the urban high-rise complex are summed up and summarized.
4. combined with an example, the application of the spatial pattern of traffic streamline organization in the design practice is illustrated.
