试论俄汉会展宣传资料的翻译

【摘要】:随着国际交流的不断加深和国际贸易的不断扩大,会展成为了当今热门话题之一。为了打入国际市场,越来越多的企业开始参与到参展行为中去。在这样的一个大环境下,宣传的效果问题得到了人们的广泛关注,翻译理论家们也将研究的目光放到了会展上的各种宣传资料上。通过对之前翻译研究文献的阅读,笔者发现对会展宣传资料翻译的研究分布零散,从未将其看作一个整体或者系统。 本文以2010年上海世博会俄罗斯馆宣传资料作为研究对象,对资料进行分类整理并加以分析。对于分类标准,考虑到翻译实践中出现的原文译文功能不尽相同的事实,笔者采用了纽马克的文本功能分类法对文本进行大致分类。 在分析过程中笔者发现了会展宣传资料翻译实践与德国功能派理论的契合点——行为理论。通过对翻译行为的拆分,阐释影响翻译目的的因素,从而明确在动手翻译之前制定翻译纲要时应考虑到的各个要素。 在对俄罗斯馆宣传资料进行分类阅读的过程中,笔者发现了一些翻译不当之处。在本文中,笔者列出其中一些典型的例子,,并从功能翻译角度对例子进行分析,同时尝试进行重译,力求使德国功能派四大翻译原则与会展翻译发生联系,阐明该原则在遇到翻译选择时将起到的导向性作用。 德国功能派四大原则——目的原则、连贯原则、忠实原则和忠诚原则——也有主次之分。本文最后将通过实例分析,阐述这四者之间的矛盾统一关系以及外部因素对四者主次地位的影响。 上海世博会长达半年之久,期间活动形式几乎包括了会展可能涉及的所有方面,相应地,世博会俄罗斯馆宣传资料中反应出的翻译问题具有一定的普遍性。从这一点上看,本文对会展宣传资料翻译的分析具有一定的客观性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of international exchanges and the expansion of international trade, exhibition has become one of the hot topics today. In order to enter the international market, more and more enterprises begin to participate in the exhibitors. In such a big environment, The effect of publicity has been widely concerned, and translation theorists have also focused their attention on various publicity materials at the exhibition. The author finds that the research on the translation of exhibition publicity materials is scattered and never regarded as a whole or a system. This paper takes the Russian Pavilion propaganda materials of the Shanghai World Expo in 2010 as the research object, classifies and analyzes the materials. As for the classification criteria, considering the fact that the translation functions of the original text are different in translation practice, The author uses Newmark's text function classification method to classify the text roughly. In the course of the analysis, the author finds the convergence point between the translation practice of exhibition and exhibition publicity materials and the theory of German functionalism. Through the separation of translation behavior, the author explains the factors that affect the translation purpose. In order to define the translation outline before working out the elements to be taken into account. In the course of classified reading of the propaganda materials in Russian Pavilion, the author finds some improper translation. In this paper, the author lists some typical examples, and analyzes the examples from the perspective of functional translation. At the same time, the author tries to make the four translation principles of the German functional School and the Convention Translation relevant, and to clarify the guiding role that the principle will play when it comes to the choice of translation. There are also four principles in German functional school: the aim principle, the coherence principle, the loyalty principle and the loyalty principle. This paper expounds the contradiction and unity relationship between the four and the influence of external factors on their primary and secondary status. The Shanghai World Expo lasted for six months, during which the format of the event included almost all aspects of the exhibition. Accordingly, the translation problems reflected in the Russian Pavilion propaganda materials of the Expo have a certain degree of universality. From this point of view, This paper has a certain objectivity in the analysis of the translation of exhibition publicity materials.
