大学生对上海世博园区的感知研究

【摘要】:世博会被称为是“经济奥林匹克盛会”,更是“旅游奥林匹克盛会”。世博会对举办国家的巨大效应的发挥根源在于人流的吸引。2010年上海世博会成功在上海举办,上海世博会成功举办的原因是什么?游客对世博园区的感知如何?本文选择大学生为上海世博园区感知的主体,通过市场调查获取数据利用SPSS13.0统计工具分析了上海世博园区大学生的供给感知,从而了解上海世博园区的游客感知,为未来上海世博园区的可持续利用以及我国会展区域规划发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。本文的核心内容分为三部分: 第一部分为研究综述。该部分回顾了世博会的发展历史,明晰了感知的涵义,综述了感知与世博会的相关研究,了解了本文的实践历史和理论研究现状,确定了本文的理论研究方向和基本逻辑结构。 第二部分为实证研究。介绍了上海世博园区的规划概况,设计了8个公因子,33个评价项目的上海世博园区大学生感知测评指标体系。通过预调查验证了调查问卷的合理性,正式问卷调查数据利用SPSS13.0进行了描述性统计、信度效度、因子分析、相关分析等,验证了前文大学生感知测评指标体系的合理性,最后测算出了上海世博园区大学生感知测评体系的指标权重与大学生对上海世博园区的总体感知度。 第三部分为探讨与总结。该部分探讨了上海世博园区感知度提升力,分析了上海世博园区大学生感知度提升的策略,并总结了全文的结论,并提出本研究的不足和展望。 通过以上研究,得到大学生感知测评指标体系中,游客对上海世博园区各项因子的感知度评价分值:旅游服务评价分数最高,为76.7分,其次是核心吸引物,分值是74.7分,旅游整体形象评价分位列第三,评级分数最低的为旅游价格,分值仅为61.7分。大学生游客对园区的总体感知度为70.5分,达到基本满意水平,但是上海世博园区仍有一些需要改进的地方。 本研究的不足之处在于本文对上海世博园区大学生感知的测评和分析还只是初步的、探索性的,不够深入和全面;指标选取总体轴线以游客评价为主导,不利于全面把握世博园区整体脉络;仅建构了大学生对上海世博园区的感知体系,没有形成感知研究模型等。 未来研究应克服以上不足,扩大样本数量和样本主体,多元化、全面拓宽世博会研究角度,深入探讨世博园区感知的各个元素相互依赖关系,形成世博园区感知研究的理论体系。
[Abstract]:The Expo is known as the "Economic Olympic Games", but also the "Tourism Olympic Games". The great effect of the Expo on the host country is rooted in the attraction of the flow of people. In 2010, the Shanghai World Expo was successfully held in Shanghai. What are the reasons for the success of the Shanghai World Expo? What are visitors' perceptions of the Expo site? This paper selects college students as the main body of the perception of Shanghai Expo Park, and analyzes the perception of supply of college students in Shanghai Expo Park by using SPSS13.0 statistical tools to understand the perception of tourists in Shanghai Expo Park. This paper provides some reference for the sustainable utilization of Shanghai Expo Park and the planning and development of exhibition area in China. The core content of this paper is divided into three parts:. The first part reviews the history of the World Expo, clarifies the meaning of perception, summarizes the related research of perception and Expo, and understands the history of practice and the current situation of theoretical research in this paper. The theoretical research direction and basic logic structure of this paper are determined. The second part is an empirical study. It introduces the planning situation of Shanghai Expo Park, designs the evaluation index system of 8 public factors and 33 evaluation items, and verifies the rationality of the questionnaire through pre-investigation. The formal questionnaire data are used for descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, factor analysis, correlation analysis and so on, which verify the rationality of the evaluation index system of college students' perception. Finally, the index weight of the college students' perception evaluation system and the overall perception degree of the college students to the Shanghai Expo Park are calculated. The third part is the discussion and summary. This part discusses the perception of Shanghai Expo Park, analyzes the strategies to enhance the perception of college students in Shanghai Expo Park, summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this study. Through the above research, we get the evaluation value of the perception degree of the tourists to the factors of Shanghai World Expo Park in the evaluation index system of college students' perception: the tourism service evaluation score is the highest (76.7 points), the second is the core attraction, the score is 74.7 points, the second is the core attraction, the second is the core attraction, the other is the core attraction. Tourism overall image evaluation score ranked third, the lowest rating was tourism price, the score was only 61.7. The overall perception of college students to the park was 70.5, which reached the basic level of satisfaction. But there are still some areas to be improved in Shanghai Expo Park. The deficiency of this study is that the evaluation and analysis of college students' perception in Shanghai Expo Park is only preliminary, exploratory, not thorough and comprehensive; the overall axis of index selection is dominated by tourist evaluation. It is unfavorable to grasp the whole context of the Expo Park; it only constructs the perception system of college students to Shanghai Expo Park, and does not form the perception research model and so on. The future research should overcome the above shortcomings, expand the sample size and sample subject, diversify, broaden the perspective of Expo research, and probe into the interdependence of each element in the Expo site perception. To form a theoretical system for the study of Expo Park perception.
