重庆地铁1号线应对大客流的组织措施

【摘要】:轨道交通随着城市化的进程也在不断发展,并逐渐成为城市的骨干交通,它准点、快捷的特点受到广大市民的青睐,但当早晚高峰、节假日、大型活动、会展(车展)等各种有可能引起大客流的时间点,轨道交通就近车站在短时间内就会汇聚大量乘客,而且很有可能会超过该车站日常客流组织与运输组织所能承受的客流量,这必然会影响车站正常的运营组织工作。因此,有效开展本车站应急预案、保证轨道交通的安全运营是一个非常值得研究的课题。本文以重庆轨道交通地铁1号线突发大客流为背景,整合现有的运营客流分析的相关研究成果,首先对重庆轨道交通地铁1号线进行概述,并阐述其客流量及特征,通过外部环境和内部环境对大客流形成的原因,从票务管理、行车调度、客运组织等方面进行详细分析。最后根据地铁1号线的独有特征提出措施和应急预案,有效保证重庆地铁1号线大客流运营安全、有序可控和乘客安全。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, rail transit has gradually become the backbone of the city. Its characteristics of punctuality and quickness are favored by the general public, but when the morning and evening peak, holidays, large-scale activities, A large number of passengers will be gathered at the nearest railway station in a short period of time, and it is likely to exceed the capacity of the daily passenger flow organization and the transportation organization of the station at various time points, such as exhibitions (auto shows), and so on. This will inevitably affect the normal operation and organization of the station. To ensure the safe operation of rail transit is a topic worth studying. In this paper, based on the background of sudden large passenger flow on Chongqing Metro Line 1, the related research results of existing passenger flow analysis are integrated. First of all, the paper gives an overview of Metro Line 1 of Chongqing Rail Transit, and expounds its passenger flow and its characteristics, the reasons for the formation of large passenger flow through external and internal environment, from ticket management, train dispatching, etc. Finally, according to the unique characteristics of Metro Line 1, the measures and emergency plans are put forward to effectively ensure the operation safety, orderly control and passenger safety of Chongqing Metro Line 1.
