武汉第十一届机博会展品物流管理研究

【摘要】：武汉是华中地区最大的区域性中心城市,具有得天独厚的交通及区位优势。是我国内地最大的交通通讯枢纽,并且会展基础设施相对完备,具有全国闻名的商业和金融中心。据不完全统计,全国每年举办的展会创造直接经济效益40亿元。然而,华中地区惟一特大城市的武汉,却没有占到应有的市场份额。阻碍武汉会展发展的因素很多,其中展品物流的落后和不完善是一个重要因素。中国国际机电产品博览会是在武汉举办的会展之一,是经国务院批准,在中西部地区举办的唯一的国家级、国际性、机电专业博览会。机博会自2000年以来已连续成功举办了十届,已成为中西部地区最重要和最具影响力的机电盛会。机博会市场运作逐渐走向成熟,但对其的科学研究却相对滞后,很少学者研究机博会,机博会展品物流更无人问津。论文首先概述了展品物流和机博会的基本知识,然后从供应商选择、展品运输、展品包装、搬运装卸等基本作业环节介绍了机博会展品物流的概况和存在的问题。第三章通过组合预测模型预测了第十一届机博会展品物流需求量,发现经历了08年的经济危机后的机博会展品物流需求量还是很惊人的。而面对着如此庞大的物流需求,使对问题重重地机博会展品物流的优化更加迫切。低碳经济和物联网时代的到来又为机博会展品物流提出了新的要求和挑战。论文从展品物流管理模式、运输路径选择、搬运装卸与包装规范合理化、成本控制策略、信息系统等方面对第十一届机博会展品物流进行了运作管理探讨。提出了第四方展品物流服务商管理模式和绿色展品物流管理理念；运用Dijkstra算法优化处理了展品运输路线；阐述了展品包装和搬运装卸合理作业的原则；提出了降低机博会展品物流作业成本的策略和措施；引进了基于物联网的展品物流信息系统。第五章提出了定性和定量的两种绩效评价方法,为机博会展品物流绩效评价提供参考。
[Abstract]:Wuhan is the largest regional central city in central China, with unique transportation and location advantages. Wuhan is the largest transportation and communication hub in the mainland of China, and the exhibition infrastructure is relatively complete. It has a famous commercial and financial center all over the country. According to incomplete statistics, the exhibition held by the whole country every year creates direct economic benefits of 4 billion yuan. However, Wuhan, the only mega-city in central China, However, there are many factors hindering the development of Wuhan Convention and Exhibition, among which the backward and imperfect exhibits logistics is an important factor. The China International Mechanical and Electrical products Exposition is one of the exhibitions held in Wuhan. It is the only national and international exhibition held in the central and western regions with the approval of the State Council. Mechatronics Exposition. The Expo has been successfully held for ten times since 2000. It has become the most important and influential mechatronic event in the central and western regions. The market operation of the Expo has gradually matured. But its scientific research is relatively lagging behind, few scholars study the machine fair, the exhibition exhibits logistics is more unattended. This paper first summarizes the basic knowledge of exhibits logistics and machine exhibition, and then introduces the general situation and existing problems of exhibition logistics from the aspects of supplier selection, exhibits transportation, exhibits packaging, handling and loading and unloading. In the third chapter, we forecast the demand of exhibits logistics for the 11th machine expo through the combined forecasting model, and find that the demand for exhibits logistics is still amazing after the economic crisis of 2008, and facing such a huge demand for logistics. The arrival of low carbon economy and Internet of things era has put forward new requirements and challenges for exhibition logistics. In this paper, the logistics management mode of exhibits, the choice of transportation route, the rationalization of loading, unloading and packaging standards, the cost control strategy, This paper discusses the operation and management of exhibits logistics in the eleventh session of the Expo from the aspects of information system, puts forward the management mode of the fourth party exhibits logistics service provider and the concept of green exhibits logistics management, and optimizes the transportation route of exhibits by using Dijkstra algorithm. This paper expounds the principles of reasonable handling and handling of exhibits, and puts forward the strategies and measures to reduce the cost of logistics operation of exhibits in the exhibition fair. This paper introduces the exhibits logistics information system based on the Internet of things. Chapter five puts forward two kinds of qualitative and quantitative performance evaluation methods to provide a reference for the exhibition logistics performance evaluation.
