北京市会展业发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：北京市会展业的规模不断扩大,与国内城市相比发展较快,通过对北京市会展业发展现状的了解,分析北京市会展业在发展过程中出现的问题和困难,提出设立专门的管理机构对会展行业进行管理和协调,加强专业人才的培养,提高行业整体的服务水平,建立大型会展场馆缓解会展场地紧张的问题,保护现有会展品牌防止品牌外流,并积极扩展国际业务等途径促进北京会展业发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The scale of Beijing's convention and exhibition industry is constantly expanding and developing faster than that of domestic cities. Through the understanding of the current situation of the development of Beijing's convention and exhibition industry, the problems and difficulties in the development of Beijing's convention and exhibition industry are analyzed. It is proposed to set up a special management body to manage and coordinate the exhibition industry, strengthen the training of professional talents, improve the overall service level of the industry, and establish large exhibition venues to alleviate the problems of meeting and exhibition site tension. The countermeasures and suggestions of protecting the existing exhibition brands to prevent brand outflow and actively expanding international business to promote the development of Beijing convention and exhibition industry.
