辽滨新城建筑的生态化设计策略研究

【摘要】:目前全球处于资源危机的时代,在中国,建筑耗能已经与工业耗能、交通耗能并列,逐渐成为中国能源消耗的“三巨头”。我国为发展中国家,建筑总量不断攀升,人们对于建筑舒适度要求也逐渐加大,建筑能耗成上升趋势。这时建筑如何体现生态就成为建筑师必须思考的问题。 辽滨新城位于盘锦市最南部,盘锦开发建设盘锦辽滨新城,把盘锦辽滨新城建成科学发展示范区是辽宁省政府、盘锦市政府的重大战略决策。作为盘锦沿海的政治经济文化中心,港城协同、一体化发展的重要组成部分,同时也是辽宁沿海产业一体化整合的重要推动力,正积极地构建盘锦区域性金融中心、信息中心、会展中心、国际化旅游度假休闲中心。辽滨新城作为一个新兴地区,开发建设与环境保护同样重要,两者共同进步才能实现可持续发展的道路。 基于生态来研究建筑设计,必定是基于生态范围下的风、光、太阳辐射、环境等因素的利用。采暖、降温和采光,这些都是建筑中最重要的能量利用,并且展示出对形式的强大影响力。 论文在了解大量生态建筑设计策略之后,研究辽滨地区的气候条件、自然资源、环境特征,通过计算机模拟以及理论支持,尝试提出适合辽滨地区采用的生态化设计策略。在天作设计的大量辽滨新城项目里得到实践,再次证明策略在辽滨地区的可实施性。 本论文从总体规划、建筑单体与节能技术等三个层面展开研究,在建筑布局方面,论文通过了解辽滨新城的风环境状况,根据当地情况对通风廊道与节点进行布置,对廊道的宽度进行了研究。通过对当地太阳运动轨迹状况进行了解,研究出最适宜的建筑朝向和间距。最后对自然要素对建筑的影响进行分析。 建筑形态方面,分别从形体的控制、建筑的分区、自然通风的组织以及自然采光的利用四个方面进行研究和论述。 最后一章研究了适用于辽滨新城的技术措施,尽可能地开发新型能源,如雨水收集、太阳能的利用和海水冷热资源的利用。对外围护结构进行加强,对复合节能墙体和双层幕墙进行研究。 通过研究及论述,总结出适应建筑设计初期阶段的生态化建筑设计策略,通过这些策略,使建筑既可以科学地利用可再生能源,又可以高效地利用当地自然资源。从而达到建筑节能、使用者身心舒适的目的。 从整体性角度出发,通过以生态化建筑发展脉络的梳理以及实践项目的剖析,探讨了将生念化建筑理念应用到建筑设计实践的方法和策略,为相关研究和实践工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:At present, the world is in the era of resource crisis. In China, the energy consumption of construction has been parallel with the energy consumption of industry and transportation, and has gradually become the "three giants" of energy consumption in China. Our country is a developing country, the total quantity of building is rising, the requirement of building comfort is increasing, and the energy consumption of building is on the rise. At this time, how to reflect the ecology of architecture has become a problem that architects must think about. Liaobin New City is located in the south of Panjin City, Panjin development and construction of Panjin Liaobin New City, Panjin Liaobin New City into a scientific development demonstration area is the Liaoning Provincial Government, Panjin City Government's major strategic decision. As the political, economic and cultural center of Panjin coastal area, the port city is an important part of the development of cooperation and integration, and it is also an important driving force for the integration of industry along the coast of Liaoning. It is actively constructing the Panjin regional financial center and information center. Convention and Exhibition Center, International Tourism Resort Center. As a new area, the development and construction of Liaobin New City is as important as environmental protection. The study of architectural design based on ecology must be based on the utilization of wind, light, solar radiation, environment and so on. Heating, cooling and lighting are the most important energy uses in the building and show great influence on the form. After understanding a large number of ecological architectural design strategies, this paper studies the climatic conditions, natural resources and environmental characteristics of the Liaobin area. Through computer simulation and theoretical support, it tries to put forward the ecological design strategy suitable for the Liaobin area. It has been put into practice in a large number of Liaobin Xincheng project designed by Tianzuo, which proves the feasibility of the strategy in Liaobin area again. In this paper, the overall planning, building monomer and energy-saving technology are studied. In the architectural layout, the ventilation corridors and nodes are arranged according to the local conditions through the understanding of the wind environment of Liaobin New City. The width of corridor is studied. Based on the understanding of the local solar track, the most suitable building orientation and spacing are obtained. Finally, the impact of natural elements on the building is analyzed. In the aspect of architectural form, the control of shape, the partition of building, the organization of natural ventilation and the utilization of natural light are studied and discussed respectively. In the last chapter, the technical measures suitable for Liaobin New City are studied to develop new energy sources as far as possible, such as Rain Water collection, utilization of solar energy and utilization of seawater cold and hot resources. The compound energy-saving wall and double-layer curtain wall are studied. Based on the research and discussion, the ecological architectural design strategies adapted to the initial stage of architectural design are summarized. Through these strategies, the architecture can not only utilize renewable energy scientifically, but also make efficient use of local natural resources. Thus, the purpose of building energy saving and users' physical and mental comfort can be achieved. From the holistic point of view, through combing the development context of ecological architecture and analyzing the practical projects, this paper probes into the methods and strategies of applying the concept of living architecture to the practice of architectural design, which provides a reference for the relevant research and practice work.
