【摘要】：近年来,江苏省新建、扩建了不少文博场馆,各类文博场馆每年都会举办众多专题展览,文博场馆新进编员工、大学生志愿者、社会招聘人员等讲解"新人",要在短时间内胜任这些开展、开馆接待工作往往有一定难度,必须依靠经验丰富的专业人员给予培训,使他们迅速掌握博物馆的讲解语言艺术与技巧。
