[Abstract]:Just over 30 years ago, I was engaged in archaeological work at the Jiangxi Provincial Museum. At that time, I was organizing an exhibition on the achievements of ancient Chinese agricultural science and technology. At that time, there were few academic magazines and none of the books on agricultural history. What we could see at that time was our two magazines-Archaeology and Antiquities. In some excavation briefs in Archaeology magazine, there are often some ancient agricultural tools for reference, but there is very little information about animal husbandry, even if there are only some terracotta warriors and one.
