南宁市旅游业发展对扩大内需的效应评价

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,旅游消费作为直接层次上的最终消费,在促进居民消费、启动社会资金、带动民间投资和拉动经济增长中发挥重要的作用,为国家和地区扩大内需做出积极的贡献。南宁市是广西壮族自治区首府,北部湾经济区的核心城市,凭其地理位置和资源优势已经成为国内旅游发展比较成熟的城市,旅游业作为南宁市的支柱产业之一,对扩大南宁市内需,拉动经济增长有明显的效应。本文利用经济学中的需求理论和乘数理论,采用投入产出分析法和旅游卫星账户法,借助EXCEL统计分析工具,分别从旅游产出效应、旅游就业效应、旅游创汇效应、旅游产业关联和产业波及效应四个方面来分析南宁旅游业发展对扩大内需的影响程度。对旅游产出效应的分析,主要借助旅游消费结构和完全消耗系数计算旅游直接产出效应和综合产出效应;对旅游就业效应的分析,通过对就业系数的计算得出旅游直接就业效应和综合就业效应;对旅游创汇效应的分析,在比较旅游外汇收入相当于出口总额的比重的基础上得出相应的结论;对旅游产业关联和产业波及效应的分析,从投入结构、销路结构、中间投入率和中间需求率四个角度得出旅游业与相关产业的关联程度,又通过逆向、顺向和横向三种途径计算出旅游业对南宁市国民经济发展的贡献水平。通过全文的分析得出的结论是:南宁旅游业的产出效应、就业效应和产业波及效应明显,产业关联度较强,属于最终消费型产业,但创汇效应尚不明显。为了充分发挥旅游业在扩大南宁市内需的积极作用,本文提出加快旅游基础配套服务设施建设、打造特色旅游品牌、发展商务会展旅游、增加旅游消费和拓展入境客源市场等对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, tourism consumption, as the final consumption on the direct level, plays an important role in promoting residents' consumption, starting social funds, promoting private investment and stimulating economic growth. We will make positive contributions to the expansion of domestic demand in the country and the region. Nanning is the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region and the core city of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. By virtue of its geographical location and resource advantages, Nanning has become a relatively mature city in domestic tourism development. Tourism is one of the pillar industries in Nanning. Nanning to expand domestic demand, stimulating economic growth has an obvious effect. Based on the demand theory and multiplier theory in economics, the paper uses the input-output analysis method and the tourism satellite account method, with the help of EXCEL statistical analysis tools, from the tourism output effect, tourism employment effect, tourism foreign exchange earning effect, respectively. This paper analyzes the influence of tourism development on the expansion of domestic demand in Nanning from four aspects: tourism industry association and industry ripple effect. Based on the analysis of tourism output effects, the direct and comprehensive output effects of tourism are calculated by means of tourism consumption structure and complete consumption coefficient, and the effects of tourism employment are analyzed. Through the calculation of the employment coefficient, the direct employment effect and the comprehensive employment effect of tourism are obtained, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn on the basis of comparing the proportion of tourism foreign exchange income to total export. Based on the analysis of tourism industry correlation and industry ripple effect, from the four angles of input structure, marketing structure, intermediate input rate and intermediate demand rate, the correlation degree between tourism and related industries is obtained. The contribution level of tourism to the development of Nanning's national economy is calculated by three ways: forward and lateral. The conclusion is that the output effect, employment effect and industry ripple effect of Nanning tourism industry are obvious, and the industrial correlation degree is strong, which belongs to the final consuming industry, but the effect of foreign exchange earning is not obvious. In order to give full play to the positive role of tourism in expanding Nanning's domestic demand, this paper proposes to speed up the construction of basic tourism services, to create special tourism brands, and to develop business mice tourism. Increase tourism consumption and expand the market for inbound tourists and other countermeasures.
