大跨度网架结构整体提升技术研究与应用

【摘要】: 网架结构凭借自身受力简单、刚度大、自重轻、节约钢材及整体稳定性好等优点,已被越来越被广泛地运用于各类工业、民用建筑中,特别是各类体育场、会展大厅、飞机维修库等大跨度结构。 目前,大型空间网架结构的施工方法多种多样,其多样化及复杂化造成了施工阶段结构内力分布的复杂性和最终成型结构受力的可变性,大跨空间网架结构施工过程的安全性与成形状态是否能满足设计要求是工程界必须解决的问题。同时,施工方案的的选择还涉及到施工难易程度、工期及成本等一系列问题。因此,对网架结构,一个好的安装方法至关重要。 本文阐述了网架的形式分类及各类网架的特点,论述了网架结构的一般施工方法,包括高空散装法、分条(块)安装法、高空滑移法、整体吊装法、整体提升法以及整体顶升法,比较了这些施工方法各自的优缺点及适合的使用范围. 本文重点论述了大跨度网架的整体提升方法。从构件的制作、网架的地面拼装到液压技术原理和同步计算机控制技术,以上海浦东机场波音机库屋盖结构工程建设为研究背景,在原有的整体提升的技术基础上,提出了网架两次或多次整体提升时若干难题的解决方案。同时结合空间大跨度钢结构施工阶段力学分析方法,应用MIDAS/GEN软件,对该工程中的提升过程作了模拟分析,其分析结果与实测数据具有较好的一致性,表明该分析方法可为类似工程提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the advantages of simple force, large stiffness, light weight, saving steel and good overall stability, the grid structure has been more and more widely used in all kinds of industrial and civil buildings, especially in all kinds of stadiums, exhibition halls, etc. Large-span structures such as aircraft maintenance depots. At present, there are a variety of construction methods for large space truss structures, which make the complexity of the distribution of internal forces in the construction stage and the variability of the ultimate formed structure force. Whether the safety and forming state of long-span space truss structure can meet the design requirements is a problem that must be solved in the engineering field. At the same time, the selection of construction scheme involves a series of problems, such as construction difficulty, time limit and cost. Therefore, to the grid structure, a good installation method is very important. In this paper, the form classification of grid structure and the characteristics of all kinds of space truss are expounded, and the general construction methods of grid structure are discussed, including high altitude bulk method, partition (block) installation method, high altitude slip method, integral hoisting method, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of the whole lifting method and the whole lifting method are compared. This paper focuses on the whole lifting method of long-span space frame. From the production of components, the ground assembly of the grid to the hydraulic technology principle and synchronous computer control technology, taking the construction of Boeing hangar roof structure of Shanghai Pudong Airport as the research background, on the basis of the original integral lifting technology, In this paper, the solutions of some difficult problems in two or more integral lifting of the grid are proposed. At the same time, combined with the method of mechanical analysis in the construction stage of spatial large-span steel structure, the lifting process of the project is simulated and analyzed by using MIDAS/GEN software. The results of the analysis are in good agreement with the measured data. It is shown that the analytical method can be used as a reference for similar projects.
