【摘要】: 本文以BSP矿业有限公司的“三步走”战略作为研究课题。首先介绍了该矿业有限公司“三步走”战略的选题背景,然后对论文的理论意义和实践意义做了相关阐述,介绍了相关的文献,同时对论文的思路和结构安排进行了介绍并指出了本文的创新。运用战略管理的SWOT分析方法和五力模型分析了企业内部的优势和劣势、外部的机会和威胁,为该矿业有限公司的“三步走”战略分析和实施奠定了理论基础。再从“三步走”战略的的SWOT经营战略,“三步走”战略的可行性及必要性,战略目标,实施步骤和基本要求对企业的“三步走”战略进行了较为详尽的阐述,能够有效地指导该矿业有限公司“三步走”战略的实施。在该矿业有限公司“三步走”战略的具体实施方面,提出了企业首先要创新管理措施,其要点包括要夯实安全基础并创新管理手段,要突出“两个重点”、开展“四个会展”以杜绝事故的发生,要求企业内部要实现思想的高度统一。其次,企业要在制度建设上采取相应措施,具体而言包括加大增收力度,加强成本控制以实现经济效益的稳步增长。此外,还要在人力资源建设上下大功夫,大力引进有利于企业发展的优秀人才。最后,该矿业有限公司要注意加大对于文化建设的力度,主要包括企业的发展要时时刻刻做到以人为本,切实关注民生,真正让员工享受到企业发展的成果;强调企业的发展要以经济建设为中心,并以政治思想工作和党建工作来服务于发展这一大局;要全力打造高效管理团队并加大对于煤矿业的安全文化的深入宣传。本文对于BSP矿业有限公司的发展有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, BSP Mining Co., Ltd. "three-step" strategy as a research topic. This paper first introduces the background of the "three steps" strategy of the mining co., Ltd., then expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the paper, and introduces the relevant literature. At the same time, the ideas and structure of the paper are introduced and the innovation of this paper is pointed out. By using the SWOT analysis method of strategic management and the five-force model, this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the enterprise, which lays a theoretical foundation for the "three-step" strategic analysis and implementation of the mining company. Then, from the SWOT management strategy of "three-step" strategy, the feasibility and necessity of "three-step" strategy, the strategic goal, the implementation steps and the basic requirements, the paper expounds the "three-step" strategy in detail. The company can effectively guide the implementation of the "three-step" strategy. In the concrete implementation aspect of the "three steps" strategy of the mining co., Ltd., it is put forward that the enterprises should first innovate the management measures, the main points of which are to consolidate the safety foundation and innovate the management means, and to stress the "two emphases" Carrying out "four exhibitions" in order to prevent accidents, requires the enterprise to achieve a high degree of unity of thought. Secondly, the enterprise should take the corresponding measures in the system construction, including increasing the income, strengthening the cost control in order to realize the steady increase of the economic benefit. In addition, we should make great efforts in the construction of human resources and vigorously introduce talented people who are conducive to the development of enterprises. Finally, the mining company should pay more attention to the strength of cultural construction, including the development of enterprises should always do people-oriented, practical attention to people's livelihood, really let employees enjoy the results of enterprise development; It is emphasized that the development of enterprises should be centered on economic construction and serve the overall situation of development with the work of political ideology and party building, and that it is necessary to build an efficient management team and to increase the in-depth propaganda for the safety culture of coal mining industry. This article has important reference significance for the development of BSP Mining Co., Ltd.
