合肥会展行业门户网站运营激励机制研究

【摘要】:社会经济的快速发展,会展随之迈进。2010年上海世博会的成功举办,不仅体现了我国的国民实力和经济发展,更重要的证明了我国已开始迈进会展大国,全国各地的展会相继展开。 会展业的发展首先是会展信息的发展,在现在各级部门致力于会展信息系统建设的同时,会展行业门户网站成为了会展信息发布的首要阵地。会展门户网站是集会展信息发布、展会预告、节庆信息、会展服务、会议论坛、博览会、展览会、交易会、洽谈会等信息于一体的专业性门户网站,通过会展行业门户网站,联系着会展产业中的利益相关者,涉及着与会展相关产业的发展。 合肥作为安徽省的省会,会展业快速发展。在2009年成功举办第四届中部博览会后,合肥的会展经济进入到新的一页。合肥会展行业门户网站的良好运营关系着合肥会展业的发展,虽然网站在一定程度上促进了会展的举办,但就现阶段来看,合肥会展行业门户网站存在着不少的问题。网站难以真正服务会展的目的,一个重要的原因可能是合肥会展行业门户网站缺乏激励措施。 会展行业门户网站服务平台的建立和运营需要一定的激励机制,合肥会展行业门户网站服务平台实行激励机制的根本的目的是正确地诱导系统管理者的工作动机,激发积极性和创造力,更好的建设、维护和服务于平台,服务于社会。同时,激励外部使用人员的积极性,使他们实现自身的需求,增加其满意度,更好的利用门户网站创造价值。但激励机制的建立还很不完善,甚至根本就没有激励机制,激励效用不明显,这就导致门户网站服务平台难以调动和激发管理者和使用者的积极性,门户网站服务平台形同虚设。 全文共分为六个大部分。第一章和第二章所基于的两个视角——行业门户网站和激励机制进行研究,并对有关激励研究的基本理论进行系统的总结探讨。 第三章主要是按理论联系实际相结合的方式,具体到行业门户网站的分析,对现有的状况及激励机制的构建做出研究。 第四章主要联系到合肥会展行业的实际情况,并通过问卷调查方法,研究合肥会展行业门户网站激励机制存在的问题。第五章是在第四章的基础上联系实际,提出相应的对策。 第六章总结。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the conference and exhibition of Shanghai World Expo, Shanghai, has been successfully held. It not only embodies the national strength and economic development of our country, but also proves that China has begun to move into a conference and Exhibition country, and the exhibitions in all parts of the country have been launched.
The development of convention and exhibition industry is the development of convention and exhibition information. At the same time, at the same time departments at all levels are committed to the construction of the exhibition information system, the portal website of the exhibition industry has become the primary position of the exhibition information release. The exhibition portal is the information release of the assembly exhibition, the exhibition announcement, the Jie Qingxin interest, the exhibition service, the conference forum, the fair, the exhibition, and the exhibition. The professional portal of the conference and other information, through the portal of the exhibition industry, relates the stakeholders in the exhibition industry, and involves the development of the related industries.
Hefei as the capital of Anhui Province, the exhibition industry is developing rapidly. After the successful hosting of the fourth central Expo in 2009, the exhibition economy of Hefei has entered a new page. The good operation of the portal of the Hefei exhibition industry is related to the development of the exhibition industry in Hefei. Although the website has promoted the exhibition in a certain range, it has come to the present stage. Look, there are a lot of problems in the Hefei exhibition industry portal. It is difficult for the website to truly serve the purpose of the exhibition. One important reason may be the lack of incentives for the Hefei exhibition industry portal.
The establishment and operation of the portal service platform in the exhibition industry needs a certain incentive mechanism. The basic purpose of the incentive mechanism of the Hefei exhibition industry portal service platform is to correctly induce the working motivation of the system managers, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity, build better, maintain and serve the platform and serve the society. At the time, it encourages the enthusiasm of external users to make them realize their own needs, increase their satisfaction and make better use of the portal website to create value. But the establishment of incentive mechanism is not perfect, even there is no incentive mechanism, and the incentive effect is not obvious, which leads to the difficulty of mobilizing and stimulating the managers and making the portal website service platform. The service platform of portal website is nominal in terms of the enthusiasm of users.
The full text is divided into six parts. The first and second chapters are based on two perspectives - industry portal and incentive mechanism, and systematically summarize and discuss the basic theories of incentive research.
The third chapter is mainly based on the combination of theory and practice, specifically to the analysis of the industry portal website, to study the existing situation and the construction of incentive mechanism.
The fourth chapter is mainly related to the actual situation of Hefei exhibition industry, and through the questionnaire survey method, the paper studies the problems of the incentive mechanism of the Hefei exhibition industry portal website. The fifth chapter is based on the fourth chapter to contact the reality and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
The sixth chapter is summed up.
