中华茶文化在中学的推广实践及效果研究

【摘要】:为了进一步实施素质教育,丰富中学校园文化,开设寓教于文、寓教于乐的新型校本课程,以山东省泰山中学高中一至三年级学生为研究对象,探索了将传统的中华茶文化在中学推广的课程体系、教学方式,同时采用问卷调查、行为观察、访谈和学生自我总结等多种方法对茶文化推广应用的效果进行了研究,取得了如下结论: (1)虽然中学生学习任务繁重,时间紧张,但80%以上的学生渴望学习茶文化知识,大多数家长也认为茶文化的学习有助于孩子身心的发展,有助于缓解紧张的情绪,因此在中学推广中华茶文化是可行性。 (2)在中学推广茶文化,首先需要根据中学生的年龄和心理特点选择趣味性、参与性强的推广方式,不能采用单一的知识传授模式。如:在教学内容上,可将“茶叶的起源”可以与“神话传说”相结合,通过神话传说的加入使学生们有了了解茶文化起源的兴趣,也增加了课堂的生动性。“茶叶的分类”可以与“名茶探究征文活动”相结合,以征文的形式让学生们在了解茶叶分类的基础上对中国的各种名茶进行进一步的学习和探究,并增强学生们对于茶文化的自学能力。讲解“茶与文学艺术”时,可与高中语文课本知识以及文学名著相结合,如:高中课本的《喝茶》以及《红楼梦》中的茶文化。在中学推广茶文化,要将“茶叶冲泡技艺”和“品茶技艺”作为教学的重点,教会学生如何泡好一杯茶,引导学生在泡茶、品茶中体验生活,陶冶情趣。 (3)在中学推广茶文化,应开展形式多样的学生小组活动,使茶文化真正走进学生们的生活当中。例如举办“茶文化手抄报展览”、“茶文化知多少演讲比赛”、“名茶探究征文比赛”、“茶艺表演大赛”、“茶与文学知识讲座”、“茶与艺术知识讲座”等等。通过各种活动,茶文化的文化功能、教育功能和审美功能必然渗透到各个教育环节之中,以其独特的审美形式和精神魅力使学生获得道德的、心理的、身体的、文化的多方面良好的素质,促进学生的全面发展。 (4)学生通过茶文化校本课程的学习以及开展形式多样的茶文化活动,开阔了视野、掌握了技能、陶冶了情操,养成了文明礼让、热情好客的习惯,培养了乐于实践、合作探究的精神,心理素质和文化素养得到了明显提升。
[Abstract]:In order to further implement quality education, enrich the campus culture of middle schools, set up a new school-based curriculum which combines teaching with literature and teaching with pleasure, the first to third grade students of Taishan Middle School in Shandong Province are taken as the research objects. This paper probes into the curriculum system and teaching method of the traditional Chinese tea culture in middle school, and studies the effect of tea culture popularization and application by means of questionnaire, behavior observation, interview and students' self-summing up. The conclusions are as follows: (1) although middle school students have a heavy study task and time is tight, more than 80% of the students are eager to learn tea culture knowledge. Most parents also think that the study of tea culture is conducive to the development of their children's body and mind. Therefore, it is feasible to promote Chinese tea culture in middle schools. In order to promote tea culture in middle schools, we first need to choose interesting and participatory promotion methods according to the age and psychological characteristics of middle school students. A single mode of knowledge transfer should not be adopted. For example, in the teaching content, "the origin of tea" can be combined with "myth and legend". Through the addition of myths and legends, the students have an interest in understanding the origin of tea culture, and also increase the vitality of the classroom. "the classification of tea" can be combined with "famous tea inquiry and essay activities," in the form of essays to let students in the understanding of tea classification on the basis of the various famous tea in China for further study and exploration. And enhance the students to tea culture self-study ability. When explaining "Tea and Literature and Art", it can be combined with the knowledge of high school Chinese textbooks and literary masterpieces, such as tea in high school textbooks and tea culture in Dream of Red Mansions. To promote tea culture in middle schools, we should take "tea brewing skills" and "tea tasting techniques" as the focus of teaching, teach students how to make a cup of tea and guide students to experience life in making and tasting tea. In order to promote tea culture in middle schools, we should carry out various student group activities to make tea culture come into the students' life. Examples include an exhibition on hand-copying of the tea culture, a speech contest on how much tea culture knows, an essay competition on famous tea exploration, a tea performance contest, a lecture on tea and literary knowledge, a lecture on tea and artistic knowledge, and so on. Through various activities, the cultural function, educational function and aesthetic function of tea culture are bound to permeate into every education link, and with its unique aesthetic form and spiritual charm, students can obtain moral, psychological and physical, The good quality of culture in many aspects promotes the all-round development of students. (4) students broaden their horizons, master skills, and cultivate sentiment through the study of school-based tea culture courses and the development of various forms of tea culture activities. It has developed the habit of civilized comity and hospitality, cultivated the spirit of willing to practice, cooperation and inquiry, and the psychological quality and cultural accomplishment have been obviously improved.
