【摘要】：在全球经济一体化大潮的推动下,国际产业资本不断向中国转移,同时,国内长三角和珠三角等发达地区的产业资本也逐渐向内地转移。徐州作为全国重要的综合性交通枢纽,是陇海兰新经济带的中心城市之一、淮海经济区的中心城市、徐州都市圈的特大核心城市,在交通和经济区位上有显著优势,成为国内外产业资本的聚焦之地。面临着城市建设和产业发展的重大历史机遇,徐州根据江苏省“十一五”规划中加快建设徐州工程机械生产基地及物流中心的重要指示,强力打造工程机械及物流两大主导产业。在此背景下,建设“徐州工程机械博览物流中心”(以下简称“工程机械博览物流中心”或“博览物流中心”)是加快发展工程机械产业集群和提升交通枢纽地位的重要战略决策,有助于徐州市进一步发展现代商贸、物流、旅游业等现代服务业,更将通过工程机械博览会成为徐州市迈向世界舞台的城市名片。本文依托徐州特色支柱产业,通过研究,提出建设徐州工程机械博览物流中心。全文共分九部分：第一章概述。提出了项目研究的背景和意义,说明了写作方法和结构。第二章项目建设必要性分析。从五方面系统分析了该项目的建设必要性。第三章市场分析与定位。这一章是文章的重点。这一章从该项目的发展环境、发展条件、战略定位三个方面分析了项目实施的可行性。第四章空间布局规划。依据项目指导思想对功能区进行设计并提出布局。第五章交通组织。通过区位及影响分析,阐明内外交通组织的优势。第六章组织机构及运行机制。通过设置直线职能式组织机构,明确各机构职能,建立完善的运行机制。第七章总投资估算和资金筹措。通过设定估算范围和依据,确定估算额度,制定资金筹措计划。第八章财务分析。通过细致的财务分析得出财务评价。第九章社会经济效益分析。第十章结论。
[Abstract]:Driven by the tide of global economic integration, international industrial capital has been continuously transferred to China, and the industrial capital of developed regions such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta has also been gradually transferred to the mainland. As an important comprehensive transportation hub in the country, Xuzhou is one of the central cities in the Longhai New Economic Belt. The central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone and the mega-core city of Xuzhou Metropolitan Circle have significant advantages in traffic and economic zones. To become the focus of industrial capital at home and abroad. Faced with the great historical opportunity of urban construction and industrial development, Xuzhou quickened the construction of Xuzhou construction machinery production base and logistics center according to the "11th Five-Year Plan" of Jiangsu Province. Strong construction machinery and logistics two major industries.
