参展商旅游消费行为研究

【摘要】:国家改革开放以来,旅游逐渐成为中国大众休闲生活的重要内容,旅游市场得以飞速发展,旅游相关研究成为学者关注的热点。参展商——作为会展旅游的重要组成部分,对他们的消费行为特征进行分析,有助于丰富会展旅游理论、充实会展旅游实证分析。它能让旅游相关部门更准确地把握参展商的旅游消费特征,出台有利于参展商出游的政策、鼓励其参与到会展旅游活动中来,促使旅游相关企业开发更有针对性的产品和服务。 本文对会展旅游和消费者行为学的相关文献进行了综述,对其概念进行了辨析,在此基础上提出本文的理论基础。通过去会展现场实地调研的方式得到数据,再借助于会展旅游、消费者行为学、统计学等相关理论,以市场调查报告的方式阐述整个过程和结论。 本文以郑州旅游目的地参展商群体作为研究对象,针对这一特定群体的旅游消费行为展开基础研究,对其人口基本特征、参展商旅游态度、旅游动机、旅游偏好和参展商旅游景区偏好差异五个方面来分析。 通过本次调查研究发现:郑州参展商对旅游的态度非常积极,郑州会展旅游潜力巨大;但是参展商对于河南的认知有很多评价一般或不好的地方,这说明郑州会展旅游发展处于初级阶段;参展商的旅游动机各有不同,总体而言,参展商旅游动机是通过旅游达到休闲和学习的目的;影响参展商旅游的主要因素是展会效果和展后在郑州停留的时间充裕程度,他们的消费能力很强,属于商务性质的旅游者。 针对本次市场调查的结果,本章在改善参展商的旅游态度、旅游动机和旅游偏好方面提出建议,主要是提升河南会展旅游的软环境,提升郑州会展业的发展速度,提升河南旅游企业的服务水平和深度开发现有的旅游资源。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, tourism has gradually become an important part of the leisure life of Chinese people. Tourism market has developed rapidly, and tourism related research has become a hot topic for scholars. Exhibitors, as an important part of mice tourism, analyze their consumption behavior characteristics, which is helpful to enrich the theory of mice tourism and enrich the empirical analysis of mice tourism. It can make the tourism related departments grasp the tourism consumption characteristics of exhibitors more accurately, introduce the policy in favor of exhibitors' travel, encourage them to participate in the exhibition tourism activities, and urge tourism related enterprises to develop more targeted products and services. This paper summarizes the related literature on mice tourism and consumer behavior, differentiates and analyzes its concept, and puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper. Through the field investigation of the exhibition site to obtain the data, then with the help of exhibition tourism, consumer behavior, statistics and other related theories, with the way of market research report to explain the whole process and conclusions. This paper takes the exhibitors of Zhengzhou tourist destination as the research object, carries out the basic research on the tourism consumption behavior of this particular group, analyzes the basic characteristics of the population, the exhibitors' tourism attitude, and the tourism motivation. The difference between tourist preference and exhibitor's preference is analyzed in five aspects. Through this investigation, it is found that Zhengzhou exhibitors have a very positive attitude towards tourism, Zhengzhou exhibition tourism has great potential, but exhibitors have a lot of general or bad comments on Henan's cognition. This shows that the development of exhibition tourism in Zhengzhou is at the primary stage, the exhibitors have different tourist motives, and generally speaking, the exhibitors' tourism motivation is to achieve the purpose of leisure and study through tourism. The main factors affecting exhibitors' travel are the effect of exhibition and the sufficient time after the exhibition. They have strong consumption power and belong to the nature of business tourists. According to the results of this market survey, this chapter puts forward some suggestions on improving the exhibitors' tourism attitude, tourism motivation and tourism preference, mainly to promote the soft environment of exhibition tourism in Henan Province, and to promote the development speed of Zhengzhou convention and exhibition industry. Enhance the service level of Henan tourism enterprises and develop existing tourism resources in depth.
