基于文化消费的文化建筑综合体设计研究

【摘要】：当代城市建筑综合体功能复合、种类繁杂，城市文化综合体便是其中的一个典型。文化建筑综合体是指具有多种功能并置和以多功能复合为特征并采用一体化设计的主题化建筑综合体，其主要功能包括影剧院、展览展示空间、综合文化馆（少年宫，科技馆，，艺术馆，美术馆等）、商业餐饮等以为文化为主导的综合体建筑。文化建筑综合体是文化消费时代的产物，是随着现代民众文化生活的需求，现代生产和现代科技的发展导致的现代生活方式高效化、多样化而衍生出来的建筑类型。并随着城市与建筑关系的演变，文化建筑综合体内部公共空间将承担起城市空间的重要角色，这些都使得文化建筑综合体的内部公共空间设计较之其他大型的公共建筑更为复杂和独特。同时由于人们生活习惯和行为心理的变化，使他们对文化建筑综合体内部公共空间的物质和精神的双重要求日益提高，这又使得文化建筑综合体内部空间环境设计将要面对更加严格的挑战。本文之所以选择以文化消费为研究视角出发，是希望通过大量篇幅详尽论述这一特殊背景对文化综合类建筑所造成的深远影响，从而证明在传统建筑类型学研究已经不能够再指导如今复合多元化的文化综合体建筑设计，需要认识到城市文化综合体这一特殊建筑形式的重要意义和其研究价值。从根本上来说，文化综合体所呈现出的种种转变恰恰是文化综合体建筑发展更新的最直接体现。本文从文化、社会、城市、建筑创作等多个角度出发，深入分析复合多元化时代背景下当代文化综合体的综合表现，同时结合多个国内外实际案例，以理论联系实践的方式，阐明了当代文化综合体的内涵和外延，分析其发展的原因和趋势，探讨其在城市现代化发展中的地位和意义，以及研究其在功能组织和空间构成上的设计理念和设计手法，以求对新时代的文化综合体创作有所启迪。
[Abstract]:The complex of contemporary urban buildings has complex functions and various kinds, among which the urban cultural complex is a typical one. The cultural architecture complex refers to the themed architectural complex with multiple functions and features of multifunctional composite and integrated design. Its main functions include movie theater, exhibition space, comprehensive cultural center (youth palace, science and technology center), Art galleries, etc.), commercial catering and other cultural-oriented complex buildings. The complex of cultural architecture is the product of the times of cultural consumption, and it is a kind of architecture derived from the high efficiency and diversification of modern life style caused by the demand of modern people's cultural life, the development of modern production and modern science and technology. And with the evolution of the relationship between the city and the architecture, the public space within the cultural complex will play an important role in the urban space. All these make the internal public space design of cultural complex more complex and unique than other large public buildings. At the same time, because of the change of people's living habits and behavior psychology, the double demands on the material and spirit of the public space inside the complex of cultural architecture have been raised day by day. This makes the interior space environment design of cultural complex face more strict challenge. From the perspective of cultural consumption, this paper hopes to expound the profound influence of this special background on the comprehensive cultural architecture through a large number of pages. Therefore, it is proved that the traditional architectural typology can no longer guide the complex and diversified cultural complex architectural design. It is necessary to recognize the significance and research value of the urban cultural complex as a special architectural form. Fundamentally speaking, all kinds of changes presented by the cultural complex are the most direct embodiment of the development and renewal of the cultural complex architecture. This paper, from the angle of culture, society, city and architecture creation, deeply analyzes the comprehensive performance of contemporary cultural complex under the background of complex and pluralistic times, and combines with many actual cases at home and abroad to combine theory with practice. This paper expounds the connotation and extension of contemporary cultural complex, analyzes on the reasons and trends of its development, probes into its position and significance in the development of urban modernization, and studies its design concept and design techniques in functional organization and spatial composition. In order to the new era of cultural complex creation has enlightenment.
