区域合作下桂林市会议旅游发展研究

【摘要】: 一般来说,旅游活动由旅游主体、旅游客体、旅游媒介三部分组成。旅游主体是指旅游者,旅游主体在旅游活动中处于中心地位;旅游客体是指旅游对象,旅游对象包括了旅游资源和旅游设施;旅游媒介是指旅游业,它是旅游主体和旅游客体联系的纽带。而会议旅游作为一项以会议为载体而开展的旅游活动,与一般的旅游活动有联系也有区别。联系的是会议旅游作为一项专项旅游,具有旅游活动的一般特征,如旅游异地性等;区别的是会议旅游除了是旅游活动之外,更重要是它是因会议而引发的旅游活动。因此,笔者认为,一定程度上会议旅游活动的旅游客体除了通常我们所讲的旅游资源和旅游设施之外,还应包括会议资源。一次会议旅游活动的开展,除了受到一般旅游活动所涉及的旅游者、旅游资源、旅游设施以及旅游业的影响外,其还受到会议资源的影响。而一般来说,会议的形成是受一地或者一国的经济、政治、安全以及对会议本身的配套设施、与会议相关的人力资源以及会议营销等因素制约影响的。这意味着,并不是所有的地区或者国家都能直接产生会议资源。 桂林作为国际知名旅游城市,拥有丰富的旅游资源和发达的旅游业,但其会议旅游发展却一直处于“慢而不快”的现状。本文运用SWOT分析方法对桂林市会议旅游发展内外部环境分析发现,阻碍桂林会议旅游发展的重要因素即是桂林的会议资源贫乏。因此,如何解决桂林会议旅游资源贫乏的问题成为桂林市会议旅游发展成功与否的关键所在。笔者在国内风景城市杭州会议旅游发展模式的启发下,结合桂林优越的地理位置,认为桂林应充分运用其优越的地理位置从区域合作的角度思考会议旅游的发展。由此,笔者从区域合作的角度为桂林市会议旅游发展架构了一个X合作区域,并在这个区域背景下从优势产业培养、区域内企业单位间的合作、打造桂林会议旅游品牌、加强桂林会议旅游的宣传、设立会议旅游协会部门、搭建会议旅游信息平台等角度为桂林发展会议旅游提出了相应的对策。 本文共分为五章: 第一章:导论。主要介绍选题的背景和意义、文章的研究目的和方法以及国内外研究现状。 第二章:相关理论基础,确定本文的理论研究基点和方向。 第三章:桂林市会议旅游发展问题研究。主要包括了风景旅游城市杭州会议旅游发展模式分析和桂林市会议旅游发展SWOT分析。 第四章:区域合作下桂林市会议旅游发展的对策研究。从区域合作的角度为桂林市会议旅游发展架构了一个X合作区域,并在这个区域背景下从优势产业培养、区域内企业单位间的合作、打造桂林会议旅游品牌、加强桂林会议旅游的宣传、设立会议旅游协会部门、搭建会议旅游信息平台等角度为桂林发展会议旅游提出了相应的对策。 第五章:区域合作下桂林市会议旅游发展研究结论与不足。 本文的主要创新之处在于: (1)有别于传统上将会议旅游列入会展旅游等旅游项目下,本文将会议旅游区别于奖励、会展、商务等旅游类型,单独对其进行定义分析; (2)针对会议旅游是以会议为主要目的而开展的旅游活动,因此,本文从区域合作的角度就会议资源贫乏的会议旅游举办地如何开展会议旅游进行了对策研究; (3)以国际知名城市桂林为例进行了实证分析。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, tourism is composed of three parts: the subject of tourism, the object of tourism and the medium of tourism. The subject of tourism refers to the tourist and the main body of the tourist in the central position of the tourist activities; the object of tourism refers to the object of tourism, the object of which includes the tourist resources and the tourist facilities; the tourist medium refers to the tourist industry, and it is the main and Tourist Tourist. The conference tourism, as a tourist activity carried by the conference as a carrier, is also different from the general tourist activities. The conference tourism is a special tour, which has the general characteristics of the tourism activities, such as the characteristic of the tourism, and the difference is that the conference tourism is more important than the tourist activities. If it is a tourist activity caused by the conference, the author believes that, to a certain extent, the tourist object of a conference tour should include the resources of the conference in addition to the usual tourist and tourist facilities. In addition to the impact of tourism facilities and tourism, it is also affected by the resources of the conference. In general, the formation of the meeting is influenced by the economic, political, security and supporting facilities for the conference itself, the human resources and conference marketing related to the meeting, which means that it is not all areas. Or countries can produce conference resources directly.
As an internationally famous tourist city, Guilin has rich tourism resources and developed tourism industry, but the development of its conference tourism has been in a "slow and unfast" situation. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to find out the internal and external environment of the development of the conference tourism in Guilin City, which is an important factor that hinders the development of Guilin conference tourism. The conference resources are poor. Therefore, how to solve the problem of the poor tourist resources of the Guilin conference has become the key to the success of the development of the conference tourism in the city of Guilin. The author, inspired by the tourism development mode of the Hangzhou conference of the domestic scenic city, combined with the superior geographical location of Guilin, thinks that it should fully use its superior geographical location from the district. From the perspective of regional cooperation, the development of conference tourism is considered. From the point of view of regional cooperation, the author constructs a X cooperation area for the development of Guilin city conference tourism. Under the background of this region, it is trained from the advantage industry, the cooperation among the enterprises in the region, the brand of Guilin conference tour, the publicity of Guilin conference tourism, the establishment of the meeting. In view of the Tourism Association's department and the establishment of conference tourism information platform, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the Guilin development conference tourism.
This article is divided into five chapters.
The first chapter: introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the purpose and method of the study, and the current research situation at home and abroad.
The second chapter: related theoretical foundation, determines the theoretical research basis and direction of this article.
The third chapter: the research on the development of the Guilin conference tourism. It mainly includes the analysis of the tourism development model of the Hangzhou conference and the SWOT analysis of the development of the Guilin city conference tourism.
The fourth chapter: the countermeasure study of the development of the Guilin city conference tourism under regional cooperation. From the perspective of regional cooperation, a X cooperation area for the development of the Guilin city conference tourism is constructed, and under the background of this region, it is cultivated from the dominant industry, the cooperation among the enterprises in the region, the Guilin conference tourism brand is built, and the publicity of the tour of the conference is strengthened. The establishment of conference tourism association and the establishment of conference tourism information platform put forward corresponding countermeasures for Guilin development conference tourism.
The fifth chapter: the conclusions and shortcomings of Guilin's conference tourism development under regional cooperation.
The main innovations of this paper are as follows:
(1) it is different from the traditional conference tour in the exhibition tourism and other tourism items. This article distinguishes the conference tourism from the reward, exhibition, business and other types of tourism.
(2) the conference tourism is a tourist activity which is carried out with the main purpose of the conference. Therefore, from the perspective of regional cooperation, this paper makes a study on how to carry out the conference tourism in the conference tourism host where the conference resources are poor.
(3) an example of Guilin, a famous international city, is given.
