韶山景区青少年红色旅游市场开发研究

【摘要】:红色旅游是一项以弘扬爱国主义精神、革命精神和革命历史遗迹等特色旅游活动吸引游客的旅游项目。红色旅游产品寓教于乐,拓展了青少年道德教育和学习的空间,因此青少年红色旅游受到了国家相关部门以及家长的重视。然而青少年红色旅游市场处于初始阶段,有关青少年红色旅游市场开发的研究文章也微乎其微。青少年作为红色旅游市场的重要部分,研究青少年红色旅游市场的开发有着十分重要的意义。 论文对青少年红色旅游中的旅游主体,即青少年旅游者的范围进行了限定,将其年龄范围界定在7岁到28岁之间。文章建立了评价韶山青少年红色旅游市场总体发展状况的评价指标体系。评价指标主要包含四个因素,分别是保障支持体系、景区管理、旅游营销以及产品的教育功能等。根据问卷调查的数据结果,采取单层模糊综合评判方法对韶山青少年红色旅游市场的四个评价指标进行了评价。评价结果显示,保障支持体系、景区管理和产品的教育功能等三个指标的评价结果为“一般”,旅游营销的评价结果为“较差”。根据以上评价结果所得数据,运用多层模糊综合评判方法对韶山景区发展状况进行总体评价,结论显示青少年对韶山景区的总体评价不是很高,总体评价结果为“一般”。 结合模糊综合评判结果,分析韶山青少年红色旅游市场结构呈现的距离衰减特征。并通过模糊综合评判结果对韶山青少年红色旅游市场的特点、韶山景区青少年红色旅游发展存在的问题进行分析。通过分析,对韶山青少年红色旅游市场进行市场定位和功能定位,将韶山景区的青少年客源市场分为核心、次要和边缘客源市场三个部分。根据青少年旅游市场特点与市场存在问题,本文最后从完善保障支持体系、根据青少年教育心理需求进行产品开发、全面进行韶山红色旅游营销策划、完善韶山青少年红色旅游管理体制等四方面提出开发青少年红色旅游市场的战略和对策。建议具体包括加大相关部门的支持、进一步健全政策法规、开发红色旅游道德教育产品、开发特色体验旅游产品、策划旅游主题形象、建立旅游信息系统、加强旅游服务质量管理、加强旅游景区安全管理、加强旅游行业管理等措施。
[Abstract]:Red tourism is a tourist project which attracts tourists by carrying forward the spirit of patriotism, revolutionary spirit and revolutionary historical relics. The red tourism product educates and amuses, expands the youth moral education and the study space, therefore the youth red tourism has received the national related department and the parents' attention. However, the youth red tourism market is in its initial stage, and the research articles on the development of the youth red tourism market are also very small. As an important part of red tourism market, it is of great significance to study the development of youth red tourism market. In this paper, the main body of tourism in juvenile red tourism, that is, the range of juvenile tourists, is limited, and its age range is defined between 7 and 28 years old. This paper establishes an evaluation index system to evaluate the overall development of Shaoshan juvenile red tourism market. The evaluation index mainly includes four factors, which are security support system, scenic spot management, tourism marketing and educational function of products. Based on the data of questionnaire survey, the four evaluation indexes of Shaoshan youth red tourism market were evaluated by single layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the evaluation results of the three indexes are "general" and "poor" in terms of the support system, the management of scenic spots and the educational function of the products. According to the data obtained from the above evaluation results, the development of Shaoshan Scenic area is evaluated with the method of multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The conclusion shows that the overall evaluation of Shaoshan Scenic area by teenagers is not very high, and the overall evaluation result is "General". Based on the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper analyzes the distance attenuation characteristics of juvenile red tourism market structure in Shaoshan. The characteristics of juvenile red tourism market in Shaoshan and the problems existing in the development of juvenile red tourism in Shaoshan scenic spot are analyzed through the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By analyzing the market orientation and function of Shaoshan youth red tourism market, the youth tourist market of Shaoshan scenic spot is divided into three parts: core, secondary and marginal tourist market. According to the characteristics of the youth tourism market and the problems in the market, this paper finally from the improvement of the support system, according to the psychological needs of youth education product development, Shaoshan red tourism marketing planning, To perfect the management system of juvenile red tourism in Shaoshan, this paper puts forward the strategies and countermeasures to develop the juvenile red tourism market. The suggestions include increasing the support of relevant departments, further improving policies and regulations, developing red tourism moral education products, developing characteristic experience tourism products, planning tourism theme images, and establishing tourism information systems. Strengthen the quality management of tourism service, strengthen the safety management of scenic spots, strengthen the management of tourism industry and other measures.
