利用废旧木材和OSB的严寒地区木建筑模块方案研究
[Abstract]:As an important field of resource consumption, construction industry is facing the pressure of energy saving and emission reduction. The recovery and reuse of waste wood can not only reduce the demand for forest resources, but also realize the sustainable circulation of wood resources. At present, the technology of making OSB from waste wood has matured. OSB can be used in building as a kind of structural material. In this paper, by comparing and studying the four forms of OSB as building structure material, this paper puts forward the module scheme of using OSB and waste wood to construct wood building suitable for severe cold area by comparing and studying the four forms of OSB as building structure material. In order to achieve the modern wooden building standardization, prefabrication, assembly construction requirements. The module scheme is composed of basic building modules, which are cut and folded by OSB and connected to waste wood, such as strong viscose and tapping screws. The module scheme has advantages in cost, construction time and energy saving. By making the 1:5 basic building module model, the structural rationality and feasibility of the module scheme are verified. Through the analysis of the module scheme, it is concluded that the structure form of the module scheme is the same as that of the constant-height two-span bent frame. The calculation schematics and models are summarized, and the loads of the basic building modules are calculated. Finally, the internal force analysis is carried out. The calculation results prove that the structure of the basic building modules is reliable; in order to achieve the goal of low carbon environmental protection, The straw block is chosen as the thermal insulation material. By calculating the heat transfer resistance of the basic building module wall, roof and the thermal performance of the enclosure structure, it is concluded that the thermal performance of the basic building module also meets the requirements of the relevant specifications. Finally, the adaptability of the module scheme is studied. The research shows that through the evolution and combination of basic building modules, various forms can be realized to meet the needs of various functions, and the combination of horizontal, vertical and staggered methods can be used in residential buildings, dormitories and post-disaster emergency housing, etc. Combined with other structural types, it can be used in public buildings such as exhibition buildings, educational buildings and office buildings. In this paper, the module scheme of wood building suitable for cold area is put forward, which realizes the design goal of recycling waste wood, and enriches the structure of modern wood building. It lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the modular factory production of modern wooden buildings and for improving the industrialization level of modern wooden buildings.
