大连市文化创意产业发展对策研究

【摘要】:文化创意产业已成为全球现代经济体系中最活跃、增长最快、最具发展潜力的产业。美国、日本、英国等国家更是明确将文化产业定位为战略性支柱产业。大连作为东北亚的核心地区,依托区域和自身发展优势,结合近几年政府的政策导向,已经初步建立了文化创意产业的价值链,文化创意产业成为全市经济不可或缺的组成部分,并打下了良好的发展基础。种种资料和迹象表明,大连市已经进入全面建设和发展文化创意产业的新时期。然而,通过深入分析大连市文化创意产业的发展现状,发现大连市文化创意产业仍然存在着政府执行力不够、信心不足,产业价值链核心环节薄弱、基本环节缺失、产业链条联系不紧密,业态之间价值链缺乏互动等问题,阻碍了大连文化创意产业向更高层次的发展,缺乏产业竞争力。 本文利用比较分析法、调查法、数据分析法、文献参考法等手段,通过对大连市文化创意产业价值链结构的分析、对已形成优势的业态的分析,提出建立人才引进及培养机制、满足市场需求同时主动培养和引导受众和消费者、建立优势产业品牌,打造产业间网状价值链的对策建议,为大连文化创意产业的进一步发展提供了可直接实施的参考意见。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industries have become the most active, fastest growing and most potential industries in the global modern economic system. The United States, Japan, Britain and other countries are explicitly positioning the cultural industry as a strategic pillar industry. As the core region of Northeast Asia, Dalian, relying on its regional and self-development advantages and combined with the policy guidance of the government in recent years, has initially established the value chain of cultural and creative industries. Cultural and creative industries have become an indispensable part of the city's economy, and laid a good foundation for development. All kinds of information and signs show that Dalian has entered a new period of comprehensive construction and development of cultural and creative industries. However, through in-depth analysis of the current situation of cultural and creative industries in Dalian, it is found that the cultural and creative industries in Dalian still have insufficient government execution, insufficient confidence, weak core links in the industrial value chain and lack of basic links. The industrial chain is not closely linked, the lack of interaction between the value chain between the form of industry, which hinders the cultural and creative industries in Dalian to a higher level of development, the lack of industrial competitiveness. By means of comparative analysis method, investigation method, data analysis method, literature reference method and so on, through the analysis of the value chain structure of cultural and creative industries in Dalian, the paper puts forward the establishment of talent introduction and training mechanism. To meet the market demand and actively cultivate and guide the audience and consumers, to establish a superior industry brand, to create a network value chain between the countermeasures and suggestions, for the further development of Dalian cultural and creative industries to provide direct implementation of the reference.
