新形势下中小学档案文件材料收集

【摘要】：正中小学档案是学校开展各项工作活动的记录,是对学校历史面貌的真实反映,是教育教学管理工作的重要组成部分,它对提高教学质量,培养学生德智体美能全面发展具有十分重要的现实意义。豫教办(1993)105号文件虽然规定了中小学档案文件材料的归档范围,但在近几年的档案管理工作实践中发现,除了应收集正常归档范围内的材料外,急需逐步扩大学校档案文件材料收集范围工作。2011年,我校在10年校庆活动中举办一次校史展览,发现能够真正突出学校特色,体现学校精神面貌,反映教育主题的材料非常匮乏,扩大档案材料收集范围势在必行。我认为,必须从以下几个方面着手。

It is of great practical significance to cultivate students' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic ability. Although document (1993) 105 of Henan Education Office stipulates the archival scope of archival materials in primary and secondary schools, it has been found in the practice of archives management in recent years that, in addition to the materials that should be collected within the normal archival scope, There is an urgent need to gradually expand the scope of the collection of school archives and documents. In 2011, our school held an exhibition on the history of the school during its 10-year school celebration, and found that it could truly highlight the characteristics of the school and reflect the spirit of the school. The materials reflecting the educational theme are very scarce, so it is imperative to expand the scope of archival material collection. In my opinion, we must start from the following aspects.
