中外旅游教育实践教学比较

【摘要】： 旅游业发展迅速,对于人才培养也提出了更高的要求,因此旅游高等教育对于旅游业的发展显得至关重要。实践教学是旅游教育中的重要问题,关系到整个教育质量和学生未来出路问题。关于旅游教育实践教学改革与发展的议题,多年来一直是产学研三方关注的热点,本文从实践教学所涵盖的见习、考察、专业实习、研究性实习、社会实践几方面入手,分析我国目前旅游教育实践教学现状,从学校、企业、学生自身三方面分析我国目前旅游教育实践教学存在的问题,并引入国外旅游教育实践教学的成功范例,进而试图寻找出即汲取国外先进经验,又是基于我国国情、各院校具体情况的旅游实践教学发展策略。最后针对存在的问题,在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,提出改善我国旅游教育实践教学的策略。
[Abstract]:Tourism develops rapidly and demands higher talents training, so tourism higher education is very important to the development of tourism. Practical teaching is an important problem in tourism education, which is related to the quality of education and the future of students. The topic of reform and development of practical teaching in tourism education has been the focus of attention of industry, university and research for many years. This paper starts with the aspects of probation, investigation, professional practice, research practice, social practice, which are covered by practice teaching. This paper analyzes the present situation of tourism education practice teaching in our country, analyzes the problems existing in tourism education practice teaching in our country from three aspects of school, enterprise and students themselves, and introduces the successful examples of foreign tourism education practice teaching. Then we try to find out the development strategy of tourism practice teaching which is based on the situation of our country and universities. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the practical teaching of tourism education in our country on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries.
