国际展览产业联盟(阿里巴巴)运营模式研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代,是一个瞬息万变的时代,企业间的竞争日益激烈。很多企业意识到,凭借自身有限的资源,难以在竞争中取得优势,企业由单纯的对立走向联合是时代发展的必然趋势。战略联盟是企业为适应时代发展的需要,而产生的一种新型的组织形式,目前在我国各大行业应用已经非常普遍。 在会展行业,越来越多的企业也意识到联合的重要性,特别是在特别是异地办展,搭建展台、人员调配所需成本巨大,且收益不能提前预计的情况下。而电子商务在聚集客源和节约交易成本方面,展现出了巨大的优势,使得会展与电子商务的联合成为时代发展的一种必然趋势。 国际展览产业联盟就是在这样的背景下产生的,它以“打造诚信、开放、绿色、全球化的会展业新商业文明”为使命,立足服务于全球中小企业,通过电子商务及展览贸易渠道,融合产业链上下游各要素企业,包含展览组织机构、展览场所、展览服务企业、政府机构、非政府组织(NGO)。 类似于国际展览产业联盟的会展联盟还有很多,且都处于起步阶段,在实践中不断摸索未来的发展模式。本文也是对于国际展览产业联盟未来发展模式的一种尝试性探索,选择从管理学角度,以企业能力为出发点,以企业资源基础理论、核心竞争力理论为主线,综合各种研究战略联盟的方法,对国际展览产业联盟进行分析。通过对阿里巴巴国际展览产业联盟内部资源、核心竞争力的分析,以及与行业中其他联盟运营模式的比较,结合收集到的材料和数据,尝试对国际展览产业联盟运营模式进行具体的深度分析。希望能对会展企业与电子商务企业的互动发展与会展联盟的实际运作带来参考和借鉴的价值。
[Abstract]:The era of knowledge economy is an era of rapid change, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Many enterprises realize that, with their limited resources, it is difficult to gain advantages in competition, and it is the inevitable trend of the development of the times for enterprises to move from simple opposition to union. Strategic alliance is a new type of organization which is produced by enterprises in order to meet the needs of the development of the times. At present, it has been widely used in various industries of our country. In the exhibition industry, more and more enterprises also realize the importance of the alliance, especially in the case of different places to hold exhibitions, build booths, the deployment of personnel needs a huge cost, and the income can not be predicted ahead of time. The combination of exhibition and electronic commerce has become an inevitable trend in the development of the times because of the enormous advantages of electronic commerce in gathering customers and saving transaction costs. This is the background of the International Exhibition Industry Alliance, which aims to "create a new commercial civilization of honesty, openness, green and globalization" and serve small and medium-sized enterprises around the world. Through the electronic commerce and exhibition trade channel, the integration industry chain upstream and downstream each factor enterprise, including exhibition organization, exhibition place, exhibition service enterprise, government organization, non-governmental organization (NGO). Similar to the international exhibition industry alliance, there are many exhibition alliances, and all are in the initial stage, in practice continue to explore the future development model. This paper is also an attempt to explore the future development model of the international exhibition industry alliance. From the perspective of management, taking the enterprise capability as the starting point, taking the enterprise resource basic theory and the core competitiveness theory as the main line, this article also is an attempt to explore the future development model of the international exhibition industry alliance. This paper analyzes the international exhibition industry alliance by synthesizing the methods of various strategic alliances. Through the analysis of Alibaba's internal resources, core competitiveness, and the comparison with other alliance operating modes in the industry, the paper combines the collected materials and data. This paper tries to analyze the operation mode of international exhibition industry alliance. It is hoped that it will bring reference and reference value to the interactive development of exhibition enterprises and electronic commerce enterprises and the actual operation of exhibition alliance.
