广州旅游竞争力影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着旅游经济的发展,旅游目的地竞争力成为旅游学研究领域的热点问题,旅游目的地竞争力评价体系更是研究的难点问题。旅游目的地竞争力评价体系的核心就是旅游目的地竞争力影响因素的确定。在这个方面,国内外已经有学者通过定性和定量的方法进行过研究,当然研究还有待继续深入。 首先通过文献综述、专家访谈等方法确定了广州旅游竞争力的5大类影响因素,23项影响因子;具体包括:资源类因素(自然旅游资源、现代城市旅游资源、古迹和建筑旅游资源、民俗风情旅游资源、会议展览旅游资源、文化艺术旅游资源、购物饮食旅游资源)、支持类因素(旅游基础设施、旅游接待设施、旅游游憩设施、旅游相关的支持性产业、旅游社会文化环境和旅游信息与研究)、管理类因素(旅游目的地政策、规划与开发、旅游市场营销、旅游人力资源发展、目的地游客管理、旅游服务质量、目的地管理组织)、区位因素(目的地区位和目的地交通网络的发展程度)、创新因素(旅游市场创新、旅游模式创新、旅游产品创新)。其次,设计IPA问卷并选取了旅游企业、旅游科研单位、旅游政府部门和行业协会以及一部分旅游者进行IPA问卷的调查,要求调查对象就每一项因子对广州旅游竞争力的重要性和表现性进行打分。再次,应用统计学的方差分析对调查对象的工作背景和受教育程度进行显著性分析;应用配对样本T检验对重要性和表现性均值进行分析。最后,应用重要性-绩效性的方法,对广州旅游竞争力进行分析,得出广州应该在民俗风情旅游资源的开发、旅游社会文化环境、旅游产品创新和旅游模式创新等方面进行重点改进,以提升广州旅游竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism economy, tourism destination competitiveness has become a hot issue in the field of tourism research, and the evaluation system of tourism destination competitiveness is a difficult problem. The core of the evaluation system of tourism destination competitiveness is the determination of influencing factors of tourism destination competitiveness. In this respect, some scholars at home and abroad have carried on the research through qualitative and quantitative methods, of course, the research needs to be further studied. First of all, through literature review, expert interviews and other methods to determine the competitiveness of Guangzhou tourism five categories of factors, 23 factors; Specific factors include: natural tourism resources, modern urban tourism resources, historic and architectural tourism resources, folklore tourism resources, conference and exhibition tourism resources, cultural and artistic tourism resources, shopping and food tourism resources), Supporting factors (tourism infrastructure, tourism reception facilities, tourism recreation facilities, tourism-related support industries, tourism sociocultural environment and tourism information and research), management factors (tourism destination policy, planning and development), Tourism marketing, tourism human resource development, destination tourist management, tourism service quality, destination management organization, location factors (development of destination location and destination transportation network), innovation factors (tourism market innovation), Tourism model innovation, tourism product innovation). Secondly, the IPA questionnaire is designed and selected from tourism enterprises, tourism research institutes, tourism government departments and industry associations, as well as some tourists to investigate the IPA questionnaire. The respondents were asked to rate the importance and expressiveness of each factor to Guangzhou's tourism competitiveness. Thirdly, the statistical analysis of variance was used to analyze the work background and educational level of the subjects, and T test was used to analyze the mean value of importance and performance. Finally, applying the essential-performance method to analyze the tourism competitiveness of Guangzhou, it is concluded that Guangzhou should develop tourism resources of folk customs and customs, tourism social and cultural environment, In order to improve Guangzhou's tourism competitiveness, the innovation of tourism products and tourism mode should be improved.
