体验式教育服务在宁波博物馆应用中存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：博物馆作为为公众提供文化教育服务的社会公益机构,公众教育是其重要职责之一,我们要使博物馆的社会服务价值得到最大发挥,就需要创造性地运用有利于强化在博物馆中实施公众文化传播的策略与方法,同时从公共文化管理的角度分析其中存在的问题,寻找解决方法。近年来,在我国现代博物馆文化展示与交流中出现的体验式教育服务,是一种被广泛运用的新型教育模式。它把体验作为展示手段,让公众从所创设的相关情境中进行亲身实践,获得精神感悟,进而形成认知的一种教育活动,它以凸显公众的主体性、实践性、开放性为特点,与以往的“灌输”式教育形成鲜明对比。目前在我国,体验式教育服务多由诸如自然科学类与综合类博物馆提供,从内容和形式上看基本是各成一派,难以被广泛运用并发挥示范性作用,更是没有形成可持续发展的有效运营机制。本人将在文中以宁波博物馆为例阐述体验式教育服务在博物馆文化教育服务发展过程中的重要作用,同时用实证的方法分析体验式教育服务在宁波博物馆公众文化教育服务项目应用中存在的问题,并针对出现的问题提出解决方案和策略。论文总共包含五个部分,第一部分对选题的研究背景、研究现状及研究意义进行分析;第二部分详细介绍选题的相关概念与理论;第三部分重点分析宁波博物馆在展览中实行体验式教育服务的现状及影响;第四部分是从政府、博物馆、公众三方面分析体验式教育服务在宁波博物馆现阶段实行所存在的问题;第五部分则是针对这些问题尝试提出当前宁波博物馆应采取的相应对策。
[Abstract]:As a social public welfare organization that provides cultural and educational services to the public, public education is one of its important duties. We want to maximize the value of the museum's social services. Therefore, it is necessary to creatively apply the strategies and methods conducive to strengthening the dissemination of public culture in museums, and at the same time to analyze the existing problems from the perspective of public cultural management and to find solutions. In recent years, the experiential education service, which appears in the display and exchange of modern museum culture in China, is a new educational model widely used. It regards experience as a means of display, let the public practice personally from the relevant situations created, obtain spiritual perception, and then form a kind of cognitive educational activity, which is characterized by highlighting the subjectivity, practicality and openness of the public. It is in sharp contrast with the previous "indoctrination" education. At present, experiential education services in China are mostly provided by museums such as natural sciences and comprehensive museums. In terms of content and form, they are basically one school, which is difficult to be widely used and play an exemplary role. There is no effective operation mechanism for sustainable development. In this paper, I will take Ningbo Museum as an example to explain the important role of experiential education service in the development of museum cultural education service. At the same time, the empirical method is used to analyze the problems existing in the application of experiential education service in Ningbo Museum's public cultural education service project, and the solutions and strategies are put forward to solve the problems. The thesis consists of five parts: the first part analyzes the research background, the present situation and the significance of the research; the second part introduces the related concepts and theories of the topic selection in detail. The third part focuses on the analysis of Ningbo Museum in the exhibition of experience education service status and impact; The fourth part is from the government, the museum, the public three aspects of experience education service in Ningbo Museum at the present stage of the implementation of the problems; the fifth part is to try to put forward the current Ningbo Museum should take the corresponding countermeasures.
