C公司会展业务发展研究
[Abstract]:The development of human has entered the information age, the information of various industries is being updated quickly, and the environment is changing with each passing day. Nowadays, the global economic crisis is still continuing, and enterprises are facing severe challenges. In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition, it is necessary to evaluate the whole enterprise, adjust the behavior of the enterprise and control the development direction of the enterprise from a strategic point of view. Moreover, the limitation period of the original strategic plan is shortened, and it needs to be revised to adapt to the changes, which requires the study of enterprise development. This paper takes C Company, a special exhibition enterprise in our country, as the research object, and discusses the developing road of the exhibition enterprise according to the management condition of the exhibition enterprise in our country. In this paper, the advantages and problems of the exhibition business of C Company are analyzed and discussed in detail by means of the data and the five forces model of Porter industry, and the reasons are analyzed and combined with the situation of the enterprise. The future development strategy and development suggestions of C Company are worked out. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the ideas and some basic concepts of the thesis, the second chapter introduces the rise and function of the exhibition industry. The third chapter analyzes the advantages, problems and reasons of C company's exhibition business, the fourth chapter puts forward the development strategy of C company's exhibition business, the fifth chapter is some suggestions for further development of C company's exhibition business. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusion and puts forward the deficiency. The research in this paper will play an overall role in the survival environment of the exhibition business of C Company and the continuous development of the enterprises in the future. At the same time, it will also help other enterprises in the exhibition industry to get rid of the difficult position and gain the advantage in the complex external environment. Continuous development, with a certain reference and reference significance. First of all, the deficiency of this paper lies in the depth of the overall grasp of the industry, the information obtained is not very complete, the analysis and diagnosis of the problem is not accurate because of the limited personal level; The second is that this paper is based on the theory of strategic recommendations, for C company in the future practical process of whether to adopt, in this paper can not do follow-up investigation, can not further confirm and evaluate the results.
