【摘要】：正黑龙江省美术馆自1962年建馆后,长期与中国美协黑龙江分会(1992年后为黑龙江省美术家协会)合署办公,其职能主要体现在举办美术展览和引领美术创作,兼及收藏研究;至改革开放后始组建收藏研究部(后分没典藏部、理论研究部),先后完成40余项国际交流展、200余项国家和省际展览、300余项省级展览以及数十项画家个展、联展和专题展览,平均每年举办20余项展事活动;2007年以来,在全国美术馆建设发展取得长足进步,特别是国家出台关于各级各类美术馆、博物馆免费开放政策的新形势下,黑龙江省美术馆,建立了学术委员会和公共教育部,加强
