【摘要】：随着国民经济的发展,中小企业在中国的经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,从我国中小企业目前的发展状况看,融资难已成为制约中小企业发展的重要因素之一。于是支持中小企业贷款的新型融资方式——供应链金融应运而生。供应链金融是我国未来经济增长的重要驱动力,是科技型企业和高新技术产业融资的重要渠道。然而随着供应链金融在我国的发展,其暴露出的问题却是层出不穷,其中以风险把控尤为凸显。通过对供应链金融起源、发展与创新的深度挖掘,可以发现解决供应链金融问题的根源在于如何做好供应链管理,应把信息流视为整个供应链金融的调控器,而资金流只能看作供应链的一个溶剂。随着互联网金融的蓬勃发展,线上供应链金融已成为创新的主要形式和核心内容。本文总结了已有的各种线上供应链金融模式,逐一分析其缺点与不足,进而提出构建“社交金融”模式下的供应链综合服务平台的设想,以期有效控制供应链金融风险、促进各产业链优化升级、辅助优质中小企业持续经营,最终达成物流、信息流、资金流的统一。本平台的构建过程当中,将充分发挥物流企业在供应链中信息采集的作用,并运用“社交金融”的思想构建新的信用评级体系,通过增加融资企业违约成本的方式,从根本上防范信用风险的发生。本文的研究框架是通过探索供应链金融的起源、发展及创新,来发现其发展过程中存在的不足,进而对社交平台的服务流程进行了详细的设计与创新,并分别从市场、效益、风险等方面分析了本产品设计的可行性,最后为我国银行业供应链金融的发展提出了3点启示,以期为其进一步创新提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play a more and more important role in the economic development of China. However, from the current development of small and medium enterprises in China, financing difficulty has become one of the important factors that restrict the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. As a result, the new financing way to support the loan of small and medium enterprises - supply chain finance came into being. Supply chain finance is an important driving force for China's economic growth in the future, and an important channel for the financing of high-tech enterprises and high-tech industries. However, with the development of supply chain finance in our country, its exposed problems emerge in endlessly, which is particularly prominent with risk. Through the depth of excavation of the origin, development and innovation of financial supply chain, can be found to solve the root of the supply chain finance problem is how to manage supply chain should take the information flow as the regulator of the whole supply chain finance, a solvent and the flow of funds can only be regarded as the supply chain. Along with the rapid development of Internet finance, the online supply chain finance has become the main form and core content of innovation. This paper summarizes the existing online supply chain finance model, analyzes its shortcomings and deficiencies, and puts forward the idea of constructing "social finance" under the mode of supply chain integrated service platform, in order to effectively control the supply chain financial risks and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial chain, supporting high quality small and medium enterprises continue to operate, reach a unified logistics the information flow, and capital flow. The construction process of the platform, will give full play to the logistics enterprise information acquisition in the supply chain, and the use of "social finance" thought of building a new credit rating system, by increasing the financing cost of default way to prevent the occurrence of credit risk fundamentally. The framework of this study is to explore the origin, development and innovation of supply chain finance, to find the problems in the process of its development, and service process on social networking platform for the design and innovation in detail, and separately from the market, benefit, risk and other aspects of the feasibility of the product design, put forward 3 points the inspiration for the development of China's banking financial supply chain, to provide reference for the further innovation.
