【摘要】：随着当今金融市场环境的发展与改变,进一步影响了中国金融资产管理公司的业务模式,使其发展更加多元化、多样性。中国金融资产管理公司的主要经济利润来源已不局限于对传统的商业银行不良资产的收购,而是逐步开展商业化的发展战略。中国经济体制的改革使非银行金融机构等实体经济在社会融资活动中占有越来越高的地位,非金融机构的不良资产也悄然变为资产管理公司主要的收入之一。由于中国经济结构的持续调整,部分企业出现资金流动性缓慢,资金回收周期延长,非金融企业更需要借助外部力量来解决临时性问题,并进行资产及债务重组。这将为资产管理公司非金融业务的发展创造更大的空间和提供更多的机遇,并进一步开拓其巨大的市场发展潜力。本文结合中国金融资产管理公司的实际经营情况,从其商业化转型入手,首先对中国金融资产管理公司的发展背景及运营模式进行分析论述,然后以中国信达资产管理公司为例,详细介绍非金融机构不良资产业务的发展情况及运营模式,通过对理论的深入分析,研究在实际情况中资产管理公司相关的运营模式,进行案例分析,并进一步对目前资产管理公司相关业务的发展模式进行趋势分析,最后针对理论分析和案例分析发现的问题提出相应战略建议。
