【摘要】：随着近年中国经济实力的不断上升,人民币的国际化步伐逐步加快,人民币最终走向国际化是一个必然的发展趋势。作为中国银行业中国际化程度最高的中国银行,其未来的业务发展在人民币国际化背景下既面临诸多挑战,也会因自身在跨境业务上的传统经营优势而迎来难得的发展机遇。由于中国银行的境内业务与其他大型国有商业银行相比在业务规模、机构布局及人员数量上相对处于劣势,其国内业务在大型银行的挤压和中小银行的追赶下已面临很大的发展压力,而且各行近年都纷纷把国际化发展作为未来的重要发展战略,因此能否继续保持在海外业务上的领先优势对于中国银行的未来业务发展就具有重要意义。中国银行必须实施海外优先的发展定位,采取积极措施保持其在跨境业务上的优势地位,从而稳固和提升其综合竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rising of China's economic strength in recent years, the pace of internationalization of RMB has been gradually accelerated. The internationalization of RMB is an inevitable trend. As the bank of China with the highest degree of internationalization, its future business development faces many challenges under the background of RMB internationalization. It will also welcome a rare opportunity for development because of its traditional advantages in cross-border business, as the Bank of China's domestic operations are comparable to those of other large state-owned commercial banks. The organization layout and the personnel quantity are relatively in the inferior position, its domestic business in the large-scale bank squeeze and the small and medium-sized bank catch-up already faces the very big development pressure. And in recent years, banks have taken internationalization as an important development strategy in the future. Therefore, it is of great significance for Bank of China to continue to maintain its leading position in overseas business. The Bank of China must implement the development orientation of overseas priority. Take active measures to maintain its advantage in cross-border business, so as to stabilize and enhance its overall competitiveness.
