【摘要】:网上银行,又称网络银行,是现代金融服务和互联网紧密结合的产物。在网上银行出现之前,商业银行的“触角”只能通过内部的网络延伸到网点的柜面或各类自助终端,而网上银行的出现则可以将接入互联网的每一台计算机都变成能够处理各类银行业务的终端。网上银行的出现极大地方便了企业用户和个人用户办理各种银行业务和获取各种银行信息。 国际化发展是我国商业银行发展的主要方向之一,我国多数商业银行在境外机构网点有限、服务渠道单一,正面临发展的瓶颈。网上银行7×24小时且不受地域限制的服务特性,使其迅速成为银行拓展业务与客户的关键渠道。在现代银行业,境内外经验表明,业务竞争已不局限于物理网络,网银和银行卡代表的“在线”与“离线”电子渠道,正在成为同业竞争主战场。借鉴国外商业银行借助电子银行迅速扩张销售渠道和零售业务的经验,考虑“以科技为支撑、以网银为突破”,借助电子银行和信息技术的优势,将网银推向海外,在境外建立网上业务渠道;并以银行卡配套网银发展,构建境外“实体(网点)+在线(网银)+离线(银行卡)”的全方位业务渠道体系。推进我国商业银行在境外高效发展零售业务,成功实现经营转型和业务扩展。 本文将通过整理实践资料,分析我国商业银行国际化发展的现状,研究以网上银行为突破口拓展海外业务的可行性。站在商业银行的角度,吸取国外网上银行发展的先进经验,对国内商业银行拓展海外金融市场,实现国际化发展战略,从金融业务扩张、营销渠道、金融风险等方面进行深入分析,立足于现有技术条件,提出以网上银行为核心的发展思路,从网银的目标市场与客户需求分析、业务机会分析、网银安全性分析等方面进行论证。并对以网上银行为核心的发展思路存在的困难与挑战进行研究,对我国商业银行积极拓展海外市场具有参考意义。
[Abstract]:Internet banking, also known as Internet banking, is the product of the close combination of modern financial services and the Internet. Before the emergence of online banking. The emergence of Internet banking can turn every computer connected to the Internet into a terminal capable of handling all kinds of banking business. The development of internationalization is one of the main directions of the development of commercial banks in our country. Most commercial banks in our country have limited outlets and single service channels in overseas institutions. Internet banking is facing the bottleneck of development. With the advantage of electronic banking and information technology, we will push online banking overseas and establish online business channels overseas; And with the bank card supporting the development of network silver, build the overseas "entity (dot) online (net silver) offline (bank card)" the omni-directional service channel system, promote our country commercial bank to develop the retail business efficiently in the overseas. Successful business transformation and business expansion. This paper will analyze the current situation of international development of commercial banks in China through collating the practical data, and study the feasibility of expanding overseas business with online banking as a breakthrough, standing in the perspective of commercial banks. Draw on the advanced experience of the development of foreign online banking, domestic commercial banks to expand the overseas financial markets, achieve international development strategy, from the financial business expansion, marketing channels, financial risks and other aspects of in-depth analysis. Based on the existing technical conditions, this paper puts forward the development thinking of Internet banking as the core, from the target market and customer demand analysis, business opportunity analysis. This paper discusses the security analysis of internet banking, and studies the difficulties and challenges of the development of internet banking, which has a reference significance for Chinese commercial banks to actively expand the overseas market.
