【摘要】：城镇化是我国现代化建设的历史任务,也是扩大内需的最大潜力所在。我国正处于经济转型升级和城镇化深入发展的关键时期,必须深刻认识城镇化对经济社会发展的重大意义,准确研判城镇化发展的新趋势新特点。逐步提高城镇化水平,对于推动国民经济增长,优化城乡经济结构,促进国民经济良性循环和社会发展,都具有重大意义。作为与实体经济紧密相连的金融业,该如何在注重风险控制的情况下,加大力度支持新型城镇化建设,助力中国经济顺利转型,是当前亟须关注和解决的问题。从金融支持的视角探讨农村城镇化发展是近几年的研究热点。这些研究对城镇化过程中金融的作用有了比较充分的论述,但对城镇化水平与金融的关系研究过于笼统和宽泛。本文把如何为农村城镇化进程提供金融支持作为研究重点,以我国农村城镇化进程为研究背景,以经济与金融的紧密联系为理论出发点,围绕城镇化进程中如何完善金融支持,特别是对失地农民的金融支持这一主题,结合国内现状,借鉴国际经验,以金融支持城镇化进程相关研究成果为参考,从具体业务到全面分析,提出了我国农村金融如何更好地支持城镇化进程,支持失地农民可持续发展的创新视角和具体措施,有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the historical task of China's modernization construction and the greatest potential for expanding domestic demand. China is in a critical period of economic transformation and upgrading and the in-depth development of urbanization. We must deeply understand the great significance of urbanization to economic and social development, accurately study the new trend and new characteristics of urbanization development, step by step improve the level of urbanization, to promote national economic growth, optimize the economic structure of urban and rural areas. It is of great significance to promote the virtuous cycle of national economy and social development. As the financial industry closely linked with the real economy, how to strengthen the support of new urbanization construction under the condition of paying attention to risk control. To help China's economy transform smoothly. It is urgent to pay attention to and solve the problem at present. It is a research hotspot in recent years to discuss the development of rural urbanization from the perspective of financial support. These studies have a relatively full discussion on the role of finance in the process of urbanization. However, the research on the relationship between urbanization level and finance is too general and broad. This paper focuses on how to provide financial support for the process of rural urbanization, taking the rural urbanization process of our country as the research background. Taking the close relation between economy and finance as the theoretical starting point, focusing on how to improve the financial support in the process of urbanization, especially the financial support to the land-lost farmers, combining with the domestic situation, draw lessons from the international experience. Based on the related research results of financial support urbanization process, from the specific business to the comprehensive analysis, the paper puts forward how to better support the urbanization process in rural finance of our country. It is of practical significance to support the sustainable development of landless farmers from the perspective of innovation and concrete measures.
