商业银行竞争力评价——基于ANP模型的研究

【摘要】：本文利用ANP模型建立商业银行竞争力评价模型,评价过程和结果表明:对商业银行竞争力的评价需要将绩效、资源、管理和创新等多个方面综合起来,立足于现实竞争力,同时放眼未来考虑其可持续发展的能力。商业银行竞争力评价除了要考察其可量化的指标之外,定性指标也必不可少,通过专家访谈或者客户问卷调查,可以保证定性指标的客观性和可比较性。本文在评价过程中除了考虑到评价指标间和银行间的相互依存关系,还加入了银行对指标的反支配作用。在已上市的国有商业银行中,工商银行竞争实力最强,中国银行次之,建设银行、交通银行、农业银行分别列三、四、五位。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the ANP model is used to establish the commercial bank competitiveness evaluation model. The evaluation process and results show that the evaluation of commercial bank competitiveness needs to integrate performance, resources, management and innovation. Based on the real competitiveness and the ability to consider its sustainable development in the future, it is necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of commercial banks in addition to its quantifiable indicators. The objectivity and comparability of qualitative indicators can be ensured by expert interviews or customer surveys. This paper takes into account the interdependence between evaluation indicators and banks in the evaluation process. In the listed state-owned commercial banks, ICBC has the strongest competitive strength, followed by the Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Agricultural Bank of China listed three, four.
