基于SWOT分析的县域村镇银行可持续发展研究

【摘要】：作为我国的一种新型金融机构，村镇银行是在新的时代背景下破解城乡二元难题，支持社会主义新农村建设，增加农村金融供给、填补空白和引入竞争解决现有农村地区金融服务缺位问题的重要举措。村镇银行作为我国广袤农村地区新出现的农村金融组织，自成立以来以其独特的经营机制、市场化运作、高效率贷款审批等优势，在一定程度上缓解了长期困扰农村多元化金融需求的矛盾。因为村镇银行的地域性特点，县域村镇银行在我国村镇银行中发挥着非常重要的作用，但是，由于县域村镇银行作为商业银行，他由政策主导而产生，面临着商业性和政策性的双重约束，其市场定位仍处于犹豫和矛盾之中，并出现偏离组建初衷的现象。本文主要针对当前我国县域村镇银行的现实状况，结合县域村镇银行设立的背景和意义，，在借鉴国际村镇银行成功经验的基础上，利用现代科学分析方法SWOT分析县域村镇银行的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，结合S市H村镇银行的具体情况，进而有针对性地提出其可持续发展措施及策略。全文共分为六个章节，分别为：绪论、我国村镇银行设立的背景和意义、县域村镇银行可持续发展的SWOT分析、国外农村银行的发展经验及对我国县域村镇银行的启示、基于SWOT分析的县域村镇银行可持续发展的政策建议和结论。
[Abstract]:As a new type of financial institution in our country, the village bank is to solve the dual problem of urban and rural areas under the new background, to support the construction of new socialist countryside, and to increase the supply of rural finance. To fill the gap and introduce competition to solve the problem of the absence of financial services in rural areas. Village banks as a new rural financial organizations in the vast rural areas of China. Since its establishment with its unique management mechanism, market-oriented operation, efficient loan approval and other advantages. To some extent, it alleviates the contradiction which has puzzled the rural diversified financial demand for a long time. Because of the regional characteristics of the village bank, the county village bank plays a very important role in the village bank of our country, but. As the county village bank as a commercial bank, he was produced by the policy, faced with the commercial and policy constraints, its market positioning is still in hesitation and contradiction. And the phenomenon of deviation from the original intention of the organization. This paper mainly aims at the reality of the county village bank in our country, combined with the background and significance of the establishment of the county village bank, on the basis of drawing lessons from the successful experience of the international village bank. Using modern scientific analysis method SWOT to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of county village banks, combined with the specific situation of H village banks in S city. And then put forward its sustainable development measures and strategies. The full text is divided into six chapters, respectively: introduction, the background and significance of the establishment of rural banks in China, the sustainable development of county village banks SWOT analysis. The development experience of the foreign rural banks and the enlightenment to the county village banks in China, the policy suggestions and conclusions of the sustainable development of the county village banks based on the SWOT analysis.
