中国银行黑龙江省分行私人银行业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着金融危机后中国财富市场的快速增长,优质客户已逐渐变成中资与外资银行竞争的主要对象,,尤其是在争夺私人银行业务上十分激烈。外资银行充分运用其高效、可行性高的业务模式,纷纷在高端客户最为集中的北京、上海等地开设私人银行机构,目标紧盯资产在1000万元以上的高净值人士。因此,如何拓展私人银行业务,满足客户需求,提高银行经营效益成为商业银行发展的当务之急。 本文总结了国内外私人银行业务相关问题的研究现状,明确了私人银行业务与其他理财业务的区别,以中国银行黑龙江省分行(以下简称:中行黑龙江分行)为研究对象,采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,深入分析了中行黑龙江分行私人银行业务发展的现状,指出客户细分亟待深入、服务流程有待优化、产品同质化现象严重、缺乏复合型人才、渠道覆盖率不高、绩效考核机制亟待健全等是其存在的主要问题。通过SWOT分析,明确了黑龙江分行私人银行业务发展的内部优势和劣势、外部机会与威胁,在借鉴国外私人银行业务先进经验的基础上,提出应从客户细分、流程优化、产品创新、人才培养、渠道建设、绩效考核等六个方面给出了中行黑龙江分行私人银行业务的发展策略。以期最终能促进黑龙江分行私人银行业务的长效发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's wealth market after the financial crisis, high-quality customers have gradually become the main object of competition between Chinese and foreign banks. Especially in the competition for private banking business is very fierce. Foreign banks make full use of its efficient and highly feasible business model, one after another in high-end customers in Beijing, Shanghai and other places to set up private banking institutions. Therefore, how to expand private banking business, meet the needs of customers, and improve bank operating efficiency become the top priority for the development of commercial banks. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign private banking business related research status, and makes clear the differences between private banking business and other financial services. Taking the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch) as the research object, the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research is adopted. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of private bank business development of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch, and points out that customer segmentation needs to be deepened urgently, service flow needs to be optimized, product homogenization is serious, lack of compound talents, and channel coverage is not high. Through the SWOT analysis, it is clear that the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the development of private bank business in Heilongjiang Branch. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign private banking business, this paper puts forward that customer segmentation, process optimization, product innovation, talent training and channel construction should be taken into account. The development strategy of private bank business in Heilongjiang Branch of Bank of China is given in six aspects, so as to promote the long-term development of private banking business in Heilongjiang Branch.
