七台河银监分局组织文化建设研究

【摘要】：组织文化是组织赖以存在和发展的核心动力，组织文化建设只有坚持做到与时俱进，才能够更好地促进组织的发展与进步。近年来，伴随着经济金融形式的日益复杂化，银行业的快速发展壮大，组织内人员的不断调整变化，七台河银监分局组织文化建设的一些弊端和不足得以暴露和显现，银行监管工作的有效性受到制约。为寻求七台河银监分局组织文化建设的有效方法，本文在对国内外组织文化建设相关文献进行阅读和研究，并在充分考虑七台河银监分局组织文化实际建设情况的基础上，决定采用罗伯特．E．奎因和金．S．卡梅隆所提出的OCAI定量分析法与事例观察定性分析相结合的方法，对七台河银监分局的组织文化建设的现状进行了细致地研究和深入地剖析，找出七台河银监分局目前组织文化建设中存在的问题和不足。本文在借鉴国内外组织文化建设的成功经验，并在基于前期定量研究及定性分析的基础上提出了七台河银监分局组织文化建设的有效策略，，指出了七台河银监分局组织文化建设的指导思想、工作原则，结合七台河银监分局现有的优势及资源，提出组织文化建设要点及建设途径与措施，为七台河银监分局组织文化建设提供参考和借鉴，以促进银行监管有效性的进一步提高。
[Abstract]:Organizational culture is the core power of the organization's existence and development, the construction of organizational culture only to keep pace with the times, to better promote the development and progress of the organization. In recent years, with the economic and financial forms are more complex, the rapid development of bank industry, constantly adjust the changes of people in the organization, some shortcomings and deficiencies in Qitaihe branch banking organization culture construction to be exposed and show the effectiveness of banking supervision work is restricted.
To seek effective methods of Qitaihe branch banking organization culture construction, the reading and study of relevant literature on the domestic and foreign organization culture construction, and considering the Qitaihe branch banking organization culture of the actual construction, method of determining the OCAI quantitative by Robert.E. Quin and Kim.S. Cameron proposed the combination of analysis and analysis examples of qualitative observation, detailed research and in-depth analysis of the status of the construction of organizational culture of the Qitaihe banking regulatory bureau, Qitaihe Banking Bureau to find out the current organization culture construction in the existing problems and shortcomings.
This paper draw on the successful experiences in the construction of organizational culture at home and abroad, and based on the analysis and Research on the quantitative qualitative effective strategy of Qitaihe branch banking organization culture construction is proposed, pointed out the guiding ideology, Qitaihe branch banking organization culture construction work principle, combined with the advantages and resources of Qitaihe Banking Regulatory Bureau existing, put forward the ways and the organizational culture construction points and construction measures, and provide the reference for the Qitaihe branch banking organization culture construction, to further improve the effectiveness of banking supervision.
