建设银行河北省分行代理保险业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:银行保险业务在商业银行中间业务收入中占据着举足轻重的地位。但是随着竞争的日益激烈,不可避免地出现了粗放经营问题,客户投诉急剧增加,直接影响了银行的社会形象。为了规范银行保险市场,银监会和保监会联合发文,取消了驻点销售,并下发了一系列规范要求,给银行保险业务发展带来了巨大冲击,银行保险销售迅速下滑。建设银行河北省分行(以下简称“河北建行”)作为省内四大银行之一,同样受到了政策的严重冲击。对商业银行的代理保险业务进行研究,为河北建行的代理保险业务快速走出“衰退”阶段,,成功实现业务转型具有重要的现实意义。 本文以河北建行代理保险业务为研究对象,以经济学、货币银行学、保险学、消费心理学等为理论基础,采用理论分析和实证分析相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合、归纳分析与演绎分析相结合的方法,结合国外银行保险业务发展的先进经验,对河北建行代理保险业务的发展形势、同业竞争力和外部经营环境进行了深入分析,在此基础上从银行和保险公司的合作、银行保险业务产品的调整、银行保险业务客户挖掘、银行保险业务的销售模式等方面提出了河北建行未来代理保险业务的发展策略。
[Abstract]:The bancassurance business plays an important role in the intermediate business income of commercial banks. However, with the increasingly fierce competition, the problem of extensive operation inevitably appears, and customer complaints increase sharply. Directly affected the social image of banks. In order to standardize the bancassurance market, CBRC and CIRC jointly issued papers, cancelled the stop point sales, and issued a series of regulatory requirements. The development of bancassurance business has brought a huge impact, bancassurance sales fell rapidly. Hebei Branch of China Construction Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Construction Bank") as one of the four major banks in the province. The agency insurance business of commercial banks is studied, which is a rapid step out of the "recession" for Hebei Construction Bank's agency insurance business. Successful business transformation has important practical significance. In this paper, Hebei Construction Bank agent insurance business as the research object, with economics, monetary banking, insurance, consumer psychology as the theoretical basis, using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the combination of inductive analysis and deductive analysis, combined with the advanced experience of foreign bancassurance business development, Hebei Construction Bank agent insurance business development situation. On this basis, the cooperation between banks and insurance companies, the adjustment of bancassurance business products, and the mining of bancassurance business customers are analyzed in depth. The development strategy of Hebei Construction Bank's future agent insurance business is put forward in the aspects of sales mode of bancassurance business.
