招商银行零售银行业务服务探究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展,现代服务业的地位越来越重要。 金融服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分。在现代社会服务体系和社会经济体系中,金融服务业的服务理念、业务内容、管理水平和发展规模等,是衡量一个地区、甚至一个国家社会经济发展总体水平的重要指标。因此,作为第三产业中至关重要的金融服务业应当引起各级政府部门的高度重视。 现代银行业的发展和信息技术的应用,导致了规模经济与银行业务的多元化、分销渠道和服务手段的多元化、高端客户市场的崛起和市场竞争格局多元化。在这种前提下,银行零售业务服务的理念已从银行金融产品和服务的提供者转变成为目标客户群提供金融咨询与服务。银行在提供多重货币、多重资产的产品达到高投资回报的同时,还希望个人及家族财富能得到有效管理,享受精细的个性化服务。 在当前国内人民币业务面临全面开放的形势下,在外资银行、国内银行在零售银行业务市场上的竞争日渐激烈的形势下,招商银行零售银行业务感觉到竞争的压力和拓宽零售银行业务的紧迫性。基于此,本文从各个不同角度分析了招商银行零售银行业务所面临的机遇和挑战,真正树立以市场为主导,以客户为中心,以效益为目标的经营理念,使未来招商银行乃至我国现代商业银行在激烈的全球市场竞争中能够立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the status of modern service industry is becoming more and more important. The financial service industry is an important part of the modern service industry. In the modern social service system and the social economic system, the service concept, business content, management level and development scale of the financial service industry. It is an important index to measure the overall level of social and economic development in a region or even a country. Therefore, as a vital part of the tertiary industry, the financial service industry should be highly valued by government departments at all levels. The development of modern banking and the application of information technology lead to the diversification of scale economy and banking business, distribution channels and service means. The rise of high-end customer market and diversification of market competition. The concept of retail banking services has shifted from being a provider of bank financial products and services to providing financial advice and services to a target customer base. Banks are providing multiple currencies. Multi-asset products achieve high return on investment, but also hope that personal and family wealth can be effectively managed and enjoy sophisticated personalized services. At present, the domestic RMB business is facing the overall opening situation, in the foreign banks, domestic banks in the retail banking business market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. China Merchants Bank retail banking business feel the pressure of competition and expand the urgency of retail banking business. Based on this, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that China Merchants Bank retail banking business faces from different angles. In order to make the future China Merchants Bank and our modern commercial banks in the fierce global market competition can be invincible, we should set up the management idea of taking the market as the leading force, taking the customer as the center, and taking the benefit as the goal.
