金融资产管理公司商业化转型及创新业务模式研究

【摘要】：金融资产管理公司的改革是我国金融业改革乃至整个国民经济改革中的重要组成部分。金融业政策性资产的处置完毕,意味着如何改变金融资产管理公司的窘困现状,实现转型发展,便成为了当前金融改革的迫切要求。其能否成功实现转型,关乎我国金融体制改革能否有效深化,对于稳定我国金融秩序,改进金融服务体系,乃至维护经济社会稳定发展,都将产生重要影响,资产管理公司如何凭借创新产品走出一条可持续发展道路是转型是否成功的关键点。本文从我国金融资产管理公司的背景及转型现状出发,以东方资产管理公司进行商业化转型的经验为核心,以东方资产管理公司目前开展的新商业化业务为切入点,对资产管理公司在商业化转型及其新业务开展过程中所面临的问题进行一番探讨,并针对相关问题提出策略,以期为处在商业化转型关键时期的资产管理公司进一步的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The reform of the financial asset management company is an important part of the financial industry reform and even the whole national economic reform. The disposal of the financial industry policy assets is completed. It means how to change the predicament of the financial asset management company and realize the transformation and development, it becomes the urgent requirement of the current financial reform, and whether it can successfully realize the transformation. Whether the reform of our financial system can be effectively deepened will have an important impact on stabilizing the financial order, improving the financial service system, and even maintaining the stable development of the economy and society. It is the key point of whether the transformation is successful or not for the asset management company how to walk out a sustainable development path with the innovation product. This article starts from the background and the transformation present situation of the financial asset management company of our country. Taking the experience of oriental asset management company as the core and the new commercial business of oriental asset management company as the starting point. This paper discusses the problems faced by asset management companies in the process of commercialization transformation and new business development, and puts forward some strategies for the related problems. In order to provide reference for the further development of asset management companies in the critical period of commercial transformation.
