建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源风险管理研究

【摘要】:本文从建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源管理过程中面临的重点问题出发,逐层深入,探究问题根源并提出解决方案。 首先,从建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源管理现状分析入手,介绍目前该行核心员工队伍基本情况,在核心员工管理上的主要做法及已取得的进展,旨在让读者对建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源管理现状有一个轮廓性的认识。 其次,本文从建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源管理的各个环节入手,依次分析该行在核心员工的人力资源规划、招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效管理、用人和员工离职等管理环节中存在的风险。 最后,针对前文分析的各风险点,笔者将提出防范策略及措施建议,旨在规范建设银行江苏省分行人力资源风险管理的同时,给其它商业银行尤其是国有商业银行省级分行一定的参考和借鉴,供大家相互学习和研讨,从而使核心员工人力资源风险管理能够真正为银行经营带来显著的促进作用。 具体章节安排及主要内容构成如下: 第一章为绪论。主要包括课题背景与问题提出,课题目的与意义,研究方法与论文结构等。 第二章主要介绍核心员工、人力资源风险相关概念和企业核心员工人力资源风险的类型、成因及特征,核心员工人力资源风险管理的内涵等理论。 第三章为建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源管理风险现状分析。简要介绍建设银行江苏省分行及其人力资源总体情况,系统分析分行核心员工队伍的结构状况和在核心员工人力资源管理方面的主要做法和进展。从核心员工人力资源管理的流程出发,对各环节的风险点进行剖析,提出建设银行江苏省分地在核心员工人力资源管理方面存在的主要不足,为后期改善作铺垫。 第四章为建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源风险管理对策分析。针对上章提出的各环节主要风险点,逐一提出防范措施或建议,并对实施过程需要注意的问题作出提醒。 第五章为主要结论与思考。除对本文进行回顾和总结外,也对建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源风险管理中有待进一步研究的问题进行展望和说明。 本文运用人力资源管理和风险管理理论知识,以求清晰的逻辑框架分析问题存在的根源,最终较为系统的提出建设银行江苏省分行核心员工人力资源风险管理的的解决方案,为银行经营提供可借鉴的有益参考。
[Abstract]:Starting from the key problems in the process of human resource management of the core staff of Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank, this paper explores the root causes of the problems and puts forward solutions to them. First of all, from the construction bank Jiangsu branch core staff human resource management status analysis, introduces the current core staff team basic situation, the core staff management in the main practices and has made progress. The purpose of this paper is to give readers an outline understanding of the current situation of core staff human resource management in China Construction Bank Jiangsu Branch. Secondly, this paper starts with each link of the core staff human resource management of Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank, and then analyzes the human resource planning, recruitment, training, compensation, performance management of the core staff of the bank in turn. Employment and employee turnover and other management links exist in the risk. Finally, according to the previous analysis of the risk points, the author will put forward preventive strategies and measures to standardize the construction bank of Jiangsu Province Branch of human resources risk management at the same time. For other commercial banks, especially the provincial branches of state-owned commercial banks reference and reference, for everyone to learn and discuss. So that the core staff human resource risk management can really bring significant promotion for bank management. The specific chapters and their main components are as follows: The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly includes the background and problem, the purpose and significance of the subject, the research method and the structure of the thesis. The second chapter mainly introduces the core staff, human resource risk related concepts and the enterprise core staff human resource risk types, causes and characteristics, core staff human resources risk management connotation and other theories. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the human resource management risk of the core staff of the Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank, and a brief introduction to the general situation of the Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank and its human resources. Systematic analysis of the structure of the core staff in the branch and the core staff human resources management in the main practices and progress. From the core staff human resources management process to analyze the risk points of each link. The paper puts forward the main deficiency of the core staff human resource management in Jiangsu Province of China Construction Bank, which lays the groundwork for the later improvement. Chapter 4th is the analysis of the countermeasures of human resource risk management for the core staff of Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank. Aiming at the main risk points of each link proposed in the previous chapter, the author puts forward some preventive measures or suggestions one by one. And to the implementation process should pay attention to the problems made to remind. Chapter 5th is the main conclusion and thinking. In addition to reviewing and summarizing this paper, it also looks forward to the problems that need to be further studied in the management of human resource risk of the core staff of Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank. This paper uses the theory of human resource management and risk management to find a clear logical framework to analyze the root causes of the problem. Finally, a systematic solution to the risk management of the core staff of Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank is put forward, which provides a useful reference for the management of the bank.
